Sadly this use to be one of my favourite places in town :( but recently I had a issue with one of my orders being completely wrong I had ordered for delivery and when I called to speak to someone the staff didn’t take my number - but said they’d have someone call me back - never recieved a phone call back from manager to speak about the issue - called back a few days later and their was no record of my call at all ; and still no call from a manager ; sad to see this is how customer complaints are handeled :(

We ate here for the first time on Sept 10/24 and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant very clean. We got a "Steak and Cheese" and a "Canadian Club", both on cheese bread. The subs were outstanding and the buns fresh. (A thousand times better than anything we've had at Subway). Soo good. Our new go to for fresh subs. Highly recommend.??

Come here all the time, but the last couple of times I saw them make my sandwich with the same gloves they used to clean the tables! I even told the manager and she tried defending the action! Saying it's antibacterial etc. the sandwich maker should be putting on new gloves when making sandwiches after doing another task! Unbelievable.

Terrible subs. Bread was not fresh. Originally we ordered brown wholewheat. They called me after i purchased to tell me the had no wholewheat. Seriously, are you not a sub shop? Should you not have the bread

I ordered a party platter on Saturday for Sunday. The girl in the morning was nice and polite. They had the order ready for pick up. It was nice and fresh. There were tons of mayo and sub sauce and napkins on the side. It was great we will definitely be ordering again!

So I’ve been coming to this Mr sub since 2004 but lately quality and service have been terrible to the point I probably won’t be going back. I can’t tell if the staff is just lazy or not trained properly but I ordered an Ultimate club and was given 1 and a half pieces of bacon on it. The girl making it was rude not impressed at all.

People usually go to places for experiences, else it’s easier to order at home. A nicer staff could be beneficial for encouraging people to return. Atleast I am not coming back to this location.
