the old polish lady that was working at 10pm on october 18th, was one of the rudest people. we went in an got two subs, when asking about the loyalty card which they have advertised at the till she had no clue what it was and then tried to charge us for extra bacon? she should not be working alone as she clearly has no clue what she is doing. when we left the store we saw her get on the phone and start talking and pointing directly at us. will not be returning.

Mr. Sub never disappoints! The food is always super fresh, and the service is fast and friendly. I tried the rib sub this time and it was so good, and the sauce was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

I used to love this place but honestly the new staff are just not it. I havent seen most of the regular girls in there since last year and the new people they have working there are sooooo slow. Seriously I've never waited that long for a sandwich ever and I was the only one in the store.... I dunno of its a training issue or something else the love and care put into a sub since last year has severely declined.

I come to this Mr.Sub all the time but tonight Saturday May 17th was not so pleasant the young lady making the subs was not so nice or welcoming. Had a bit of an attitude problem if I had to say so myself

Sadly this use to be one of my favourite places in town :( but recently I had a issue with one of my orders being completely wrong I had ordered for delivery and when I called to speak to someone the staff didn’t take my number - but said they’d have someone call me back - never recieved a phone call back from manager to speak about the issue - called back a few days later and their was no record of my call at all ; and still no call from a manager ; sad to see this is how customer complaints are handeled :(

We ate here for the first time on Sept 10/24 and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant very clean. We got a "Steak and Cheese" and a "Canadian Club", both on cheese bread. The subs were outstanding and the buns fresh. (A thousand times better than anything we've had at Subway). Soo good. Our new go to for fresh subs. Highly recommend.??
