We have been regular customers since this restaurant opened, but the lack of consistency has become extremely frustrating. Toppings used to be included, then suddenly they weren’t, then they were again — and now we’re charged per topping. Every visit seems to have different rules with no clear explanation. On our most recent visit, I was told there was a minimum of three toppings required. When I expressed that the constant changes were frustrating and that I likely wouldn’t return had I known, the staff member responded with, “So don’t come back.” That response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Consistency and respectful customer service matter, and unfortunately this experience has made us reconsider supporting this business.

I went to osmows earlier today excited for it since i’ve always had good experiences at other locations. I arrived and asked for the student discount and they told me they didn’t honour it, even though i’ve been to other locations recently that do. they told me they got rid of the discount a long time ago and said that it’s usually offered in the mornings and not at “11” at night even though i was there at 7:30pm. The environment wasn’t clean and there was grease on my box from the counter. I dined in and as soon as they stopped serving customers the employees were sitting on their phones. I went to ask for a new box and the employee expected me to get it myself so he could continue being on his phone. The workers weren’t friendly and had negative attitudes. The worst part was that the food wasn’t even that good to makeup for the customer service! I’m very upset about this experience and will not be returning to this location.

I used to come to this osmows lots with no issues - lately in the last month, my brother, me, and my boyfriend have gotten sick right after eating it, and they were all on seperate occasions.. I find it very concerning food safety wise what might be causing that as we never had issues before. I don’t think I’ll be back unfortunately :(

My experience at Osmo’s Innisfil was deeply disappointing and concerning. The visit highlighted severe food safety issues, poor food quality, and untrained staff.
1. Food Safety Concerns Someone in my party became very ill after eating here. The cooks were observed adding raw chicken from the vertical rotisserie directly onto the griddle without clearing the previous batch, causing cooked and raw chicken to mix. This unsafe practice made it impossible to ensure what was fully cooked and safe to serve. Proper handling and cooking of chicken require care and attention, which were clearly lacking.
2. Food Quality The chicken shawarma I ordered contained pieces of charred chicken and possibly undercooked chicken, with a strong burnt taste. The overwhelming saltiness ruined the meal and even gave me a headache. For the first time ever, I couldn’t finish a regular-sized shawarma due to how unpleasant it was.
3. Staff Training The young staff working in the kitchen lack proper training. Their inexperience and lack of attention to detail not only compromise food quality but also create significant health risks for customers.
This experience was far from the standard I expected from Osmo’s, a brand I once trusted. This location has severely damaged their reputation, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Visited quite a few times and this is one of the best shawarma places.
Awesome experience. Evening staff is very polite and humble. It was my first time having osmows she make sure I was very well aware of the menu.. Gonna visit again

Seems the serviers don't understand the particulars of orders. My wife and I have dietary restrictions, yet everything we asked NOT to be on our wraps were put in our wraps, onions, hot pepers, hot sauce etc. Incompetence at its best. My review does not reflect on the chain in general as we have enjoyed their offerings in the past, but does refect on this particulare location. Attended, yesterday 1st of December 2024.

Terrible customer service! I placed an online order 30 minutes prior, but they only started making it after I arrived. On top of that, they served customers who arrived after me first. No greeting, no apology—just an overall unpleasant attitude. This place seriously needs to work on their service standards.
