Not usually one to complain, but have had food here multiple times with no issues. Just got a pita that was almost completely flat and had next to no toppings inside of it…mostly bread. Usually they’re very reasonable with their fillings. This time, extremely disappointing.

Had an amazing experience at Pita Pit today! The food was super fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor. The team was friendly, fast, and professional — especially Lorna, who made the visit even better with her warm greeting and great communication. Everything was clean, organized, and handled with care. Easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had — highly recommend this location!

i came in to alcona pita pit last night around 8:50pm. when i came in, there was only one worker who was doing her absolute best to keep up with orders but there was about 6 people in the store plus a bunch of uber orders. me and two other people had waited an hour for our pitas to be made, this is no one else’s but the owner albert’s fault, this location gets pretty busy during dinner rushes and it is crazy to me that they only have one person working.

I feel bad because it’s not about the restaurant or the service. That’s all good. I fear the time has come where the ingredients and cost to make a pit wrap have surpassed the value by too much. I will pay $16 for a wrap once and only once. Motivated to make my own at home. I wish you the best moving forward. I hope you can convince your suppliers and land lord to bring costs more in line with reality.

Stopped by for some takeout tonight (June 19 around 8pm) and had such a great experience! The guy working the counter was super nice and genuinely funny – made the whole visit way better than your average pickup. You can tell he enjoys what he does and brings good vibes to the place!

I cannot believe im making a review... This is the worst take out i have ever gotten If I wanted just a lettuce wrap i think I could have made this at home and I might have done a better job. The halloumi sticks were very salty and it was like I was eating a piece of rubber. Chef Mic back there is doing a fantastic job (microwave)

I got a steak pita the other day and i have to say out of all the Pita Pits i have been to this has to be one of the best. Sam took care of me and made an amazing pita. 10/10 will be back again!
The girls at the innisfil location are great friendly and very good at what they do thanks ladies for a great well put together lunch and smoothie

HAIR IN WRAPS! Not just 1 wrap but 2 !!! Embedded inside. I fed this to my kids!!!! Beyond disgusting. Been two weeks now and still have not heard back from the owner. Called and went in to complain and got our money back.
Will never go there again and you really should really avoid it too. Unless you enjoy eating HAIR.

Don’t order from Pita Pit app. They won’t receive your order, they will not make your food when you show the reciept. They will not refund you.
You’ll be waiting an average 30-40 minutes for ONE pita because they’re too cheap to hire more than one person at a time. And that one person usually has no idea what’s going on or how to do their job, clear lack or training and care for employees AND customers.
