I will never be ordering from this location again. First of all the $12 salad has nothing in it. Second of all the veggies were supposed to be cooked and were clearly not. When I called to complain about salad, I didn’t notice the pita yet She told me there was nothing they could do to dispute it through DoorDash. So now I don’t have dinner and DoorDash only gave me four dollars back. What horrible customer service and I never ever had problems with Pita pit. I won’t be going back to this location

I just left the pita pit! Workers were both swamped with in store orders and online orders. Both men kept it under control and also kept it a calm and professional atmosphere. Great job! Will definitely be returning!

The first time I ordered a salad it was delish and all the ingredients were what I ordered. The last 3 times myself and daughter ordered a salad it isn't done the way we had asked. Would be nice if the person making the salad would take their time and read what it ordered properly. Unfortunately We will not be ordering from them again. Disappointed Customers.

Everytime I get Pita Pit, I order a buffalo chicken pita with just cheese, hot sauce and it being toasted, they’ve all been very good but tonight i placed an online order to pick up but i didn’t get around to eating it until an hour later as i had things to do and by this point, pita pit is closed. I took one bite and noticed it tasted different and I unwrap it to see a whole bunch of stuff that I did not order. you can see on the bag, what I ordered, yet I didn’t get what I ordered and had to spend time picking pretty much everything out. I’ve ordered from uber eats before and had it delivered to my house and it’s never been messed up, tonight I ordered through the website to pick up. never again.

Regular pita is only 3 oz of meat for $15 staff said. Shrinkflation at its finest. Zero value for dollar spent. Super disappointed. They didn't have the proper sauce for the Philly cheesesteak either. Value for dollar spent is poor. After two bites we threw the pitas in the garbage. Absolutely gross. Never again.

Food was delicious (May be because I was too hungry), quiet, clean sitting arrangement. BUT serving staff was ignoring customer, no welcome gesture, didn’t acknowledged “I will be back to you soon…” , bling facial expression. By mistake I pressed “emergency help” button in washroom and siren was started. Nobody bother to come and see what happened. So I left after 2-3 mins. Imagine elderly person who needed help in case of fall in washroom!!!!!
