Great panzerotti just the way I asked \ ordered it ,service was great and friendly There phone was ringing off the hook while I was there and I happen to notice the staff person had dealt with every person with the great manner / respect that I encountered when I walked in This is my go to pizza place even though I have to drive 20 minutes to purchase a pizza - cause I always get it the way I ask / order it This location is always clean and tidy and ready to serve you with joy Thanks Innisfill Pizza Nova and staff See you soon for a great panerotti just the way I ordered it

Had a co-worker order a Cesar Salad for me along with their order. The size of the salad was not worth the $10 let alone a $4 delivery fee. The lettuce was brown and full of the butt ends that should have never been used. No additional toppings just lettuce and croutons. Not even cheese. I can see why my parents had stopped getting their usual lasagna and garlic bread there. They had mentioned the quality was poor and was right.

This was my first bad pizza from Pizza Nova. It has weird not cooked pepperoni on it, kinda looks like it was not fully cooked. 2 days later I took 2 slices to work and the pizza was completely soggy. Put it into toaster oven for 5 minutes to cook. The cheese turned into ooze and the pizza did not recover from its soggy condition. Threw out the rest of the pizza. This was a completely different style/quality of pizza that I have never had before? Did Pizza Nova cheap out with their pizza?

Always great pizzza. Why spend $25 to $30 for a person pizza Romine feed one person at a restaurant when you can get a large signature pizza from Pizza Nova to feed 4 or 5 for $25 . Always fresh , hot and yummy..

I moved to Innisfil last year, I have ordered pizza from here a couple of times, but today I decided to go pick up my pizza. This is one of the friendliest Pizza Nova Locations I have ever been to. It was very clean and seemed organized. The pizza was very good the toppings were spread out nicely and not all bunched up. They even showed me pizza to make sure I thought it was cooked enough.
Keep up the great work. It's nice to walk into a location and see people that actually care.
