The food itself was fresh and tasted great — no complaints there. However, the box was missing the food safety seal sticker, which is supposed to ensure the meal hasn’t been tampered with during delivery.
It may seem minor, but that seal provides peace of mind, especially when ordering through a third-party app like UberEats. I expected better quality control from both the restaurant and the delivery process.
I’d consider ordering again, but only if I see that proper sealing procedures are followed next time.

I ordered an double extra large pepperoni pizza. I waited over 30 minutes for my pizza. It turns out that they give my pizza to someone else and they had remake my pizza. So after they remade my pizza and I left. I did not look at the pizza until I got home. They gave me a meat love pizza. That my daughter does not like it at all. Now beside they give me the wrong pizza I feel that they should have given me something for free because of the mix up. The other thing was that the washroom was a big mess.

2 reasons I will never be buying from this Pizza pizza again: Firstly i saw the guy drop the pizza dough roller on the floor and he panicked because he saw that I saw him he froze not knowing what to do he turns back to the pizza and the guy beside him under his breath tells him “go wash it” the guy just stands there and the guy tells him again “just go wash it it’s okay” like why would your first reaction not be to wash it, so I’m assuming they don’t wash it when no one is looking AND his hands weren’t wet when he came back heard no water he literally went to the side wanted like 3secs and came back🤢
Secondly I did a delivery with them they said if the order is over 40 mins the pizza is free, they took over 40 mins but still made me pay for the pizza I called customer service they gave me a free pizza coupon and when I went to cash in the coupon they wouldn’t let me use the coupon after they scanned it and said I couldn’t use the coupon in store I had to order it, even though the coupon has a “use in store” option I tired ordering the free pizza online out they wanted to charge me $19 which is not a free pizza then they free pizza coupon disappears from my coupon on the app the next day… I used to order from pizza pizza almost every week but thanks for giving my business to Domino’s their pizza is WAYYY BETTER. It was never about the free pizza but why lie about your policy? There was no terms or conditions on the coupon but they did nothing but give me terms and conditions

The food was so good I got piazza with garlic creamy sauce was so good and I got combo group image SNACK BOX - CHICKEN BITES was so good recommended the staff was so nice and I got my food in 10 minutes, which was really fast. Thank you for your work

Always a fantastic experience at this Pizza Pizza! The staff is super friendly, and they make the pizzas just how I like them—crispy crust, fresh toppings, and always hot.
