Fast and friendly service, food display is very appealing. From out of town I stopped by this location just to have a slice. The store is kept and maintained very clean. I haven't been to another Pizza Pizza store this clean. Good job management and staff.

Hands down one of the best pizza spots around! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, which makes enjoying your meal even better. And the pizza… wow! Every bite is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Whether you’re in town or visiting Estill, Ontario, this place is an absolute must for pizza lovers. I can’t recommend it enough!

A Disappointing Customer Service Experience I have been living in Innisfil for many years and have enjoyed going to Pizza Pizza on Fridays to get my kids pizza and sometimes wings. However, my recent visit on Friday, November 28, 2025, left me very disappointed. While I was in the restaurant, a customer inquired about an online purchase. The cashier asked one of the male employees for assistance. When the employee spoke to the customer, the customer mentioned that he couldn’t understand him due to a strong accent. To be honest, I also had difficulty understanding what was being communicated. The employee walked away, and I assumed he was getting someone else to help, but he didn’t. The customer then approached the counter to speak with another employee, and at that point, the first employee told the customer to “get out and shut up.” I was shocked that someone in customer service could be that rude. My husband later said that the customer—and even myself—should have walked out and not ordered anything. In hindsight, I think he’s right, but at the time, no one, including me, spoke up for the customer who was being humiliated. I believe this employee owes the customer an apology and should treat people with respect. Experiences like this should never happen, especially in a family-friendly establishment.
