A little message to the owner: Your staff is not very clean. they don't wipe tables, they only swipe with their hands. The counter where you have a bunch of cards there, is full of dust. The entrance door is filthy from the handle to the glass. Do BETTER.

Since the change in management it's been downhill. When this first opened, honestly one the the best pizza places in the area but the last 3 years the quality has been awful, better off getting pizzaville from barrie.

Beyond horrible. My step dad thought he would give this place under new ownership a nother chance. Absolutely uneatable. The original owner operating it the pizza was always great. Ordered extra cheese and got none. Stay away from this place.

We came here from Vaughan and were greeted with big smiles and friendly workers. They were very welcoming and kind, the pizza was amazing and would definitely come again:)

This place deserves a solid 4. For chain pizza, it holds its own. When it is cooked right, it is probably my top chain pizza spot. Dough is decent, cheese is decent, sauce is decent. No complaints, all else considered.

Innisfil pizzaville is always so friendly. I feel like home everytime we go there. The food is always fresh and hot! It’s our fav pizza joint.

Ordered 2 panzoroti with 3 toppings each, but barely had 2 in each, both had very little filling mostly cheese. One was burnt and overdone! Shame on you for sending that out! Never again!!! I called customer service also and that sucked balls too.

We order via whatsfordinner (app exclusively for those who live in innisfil). Once again the pizza was missing extras, the drink didn't come and when I call you, you just say you don't know about the app and that you can't fix it. Let's teach you a bit. If you're on the app, you're the one who receives the message with the order, you're the one who prepares the order and you're responsible for your customers. If you can't handle apps like Uber or Whats for Dinner, get off the platform.

The best pizza in town—so yummy and fresh! The veggie pizza has visible toppings, unlike others. This surprised me a lot! ❤️

It's a pizza joint. Not much to say. Quality pizza every time. People are friendly. Hard workers. Definitely the best pizza spot in Alcona for traditional American style pizzas.

Panzo not good. No sauce in one end. The sauce in the other end consisted of chunks of tomato. I think they’re making their own version of a tomato sauce. Called customer service who only deals with online or on the phone orders if you go into the store. You need to go back to the same store that did not do your order correctly. The lady at customer service kept interrupting me as I was trying to talk politely. Ended up telling her thank you for interrupting me repeatedly thank you. And goodbye as I am tired of being cut off by people.

I ordered 6 pizzas online at 11 am for a 12:30 delivery to our office today with instructions to drop the pizzas off at reception. The driver didn't get here until 1pm, parked his car out front and sent me a text me that he's outside. He was 10 steps from the front door and I had already included a good tip with the order. I understand under normal circumstances a half hour late isn't too bad, but when you have 20 people in an office waiting to eat it's not great. At least call me so I don't have a bunch of people waiting. I asked him to meet me at the front desk and he pulled 6 pizzas out of his car that weren't in any sort of bag. There was 3 on each side of his back seat. The pizzas were cold to top it off. Don't bother ordering from this place if you want decent service.
