Ordered 2 panzoroti with 3 toppings each, but barely had 2 in each, both had very little filling mostly cheese. One was burnt and overdone! Shame on you for sending that out! Never again!!! I called customer service also and that sucked balls too.

We order via whatsfordinner (app exclusively for those who live in innisfil). Once again the pizza was missing extras, the drink didn't come and when I call you, you just say you don't know about the app and that you can't fix it. Let's teach you a bit. If you're on the app, you're the one who receives the message with the order, you're the one who prepares the order and you're responsible for your customers. If you can't handle apps like Uber or Whats for Dinner, get off the platform.

The best pizza in town—so yummy and fresh! The veggie pizza has visible toppings, unlike others. This surprised me a lot! ❤️

It's a pizza joint. Not much to say. Quality pizza every time. People are friendly. Hard workers. Definitely the best pizza spot in Alcona for traditional American style pizzas.

Panzo not good. No sauce in one end. The sauce in the other end consisted of chunks of tomato. I think they’re making their own version of a tomato sauce. Called customer service who only deals with online or on the phone orders if you go into the store. You need to go back to the same store that did not do your order correctly. The lady at customer service kept interrupting me as I was trying to talk politely. Ended up telling her thank you for interrupting me repeatedly thank you. And goodbye as I am tired of being cut off by people.

I ordered 6 pizzas online at 11 am for a 12:30 delivery to our office today with instructions to drop the pizzas off at reception. The driver didn't get here until 1pm, parked his car out front and sent me a text me that he's outside. He was 10 steps from the front door and I had already included a good tip with the order. I understand under normal circumstances a half hour late isn't too bad, but when you have 20 people in an office waiting to eat it's not great. At least call me so I don't have a bunch of people waiting. I asked him to meet me at the front desk and he pulled 6 pizzas out of his car that weren't in any sort of bag. There was 3 on each side of his back seat. The pizzas were cold to top it off. Don't bother ordering from this place if you want decent service.

Rudest staff I have encountered. He shouldn't be working in any industry that deals directly with customers. And he's ruinning the name of this franchise.

My friends and I were making the order at the counter and we were spending approx 5 mins to make a decision as the promotion and menu were a little bit confusing. We were asking them about the details politely but one of their staff was shouting to us "Don't waste my time" and so on. This was the most terrible service that I experienced in my life.

**Terrible Delivery Experience - Poor Communication**

While I want to be clear that this wasn’t the drivers' fault, the experience I had with this order was awful. I placed a pizza order and it took **3 hours and 20 minutes** to finally get the correct pizza delivered. The first one was wrong, and despite contacting the store **eight times**, there was a complete lack of communication between the call service center and the store. It seems like no one was on the same page, and it made what should have been a simple delivery into an extremely frustrating ordeal. I expected better coordination and service. I won't be ordering from here again.

Parking: The plaza is efficient for the stores in this plaza 25 years ago only Pizzaville was available. Tried all the new ones decided to stick with Pizzaville. The employees have no attitude problems.

Ordered a XL pizza last night and it was definitely the best pizza we have ordered from the area. We had the deluxe, thick crust well done and it was a good thing, because that pizza was loaded with toppings. I also appreciated the call to confirm. From now on this will be our go to pizza.
