Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Hi there,
I just wanted to share some feedback about my visit yesterday. I’m a regular at Popeyes.I usually come in about three times a week because I genuinely love the food and the staff is usually really friendly.
But yesterday wasn’t a great experience. The woman with the colorful hair (she had red, pink, black, and blonde before) wasn’t very professional. There was a long line, and instead of helping, she was cleaning the floor while only two people were working. When the girl manager told other staff member to called her to come help, she refused.
When she finally came to take my order, she didn’t get it right, and her attitude just felt rude and dismissive. She was also arguing loudly with other team members, which made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable.I’m not trying to complain for no reason,I really do enjoy coming here, and most of the team is always great. I just wanted to let you know because this isn’t the kind of service I’m used to at this location.

Ordered some original sandwiches on uber eats as part of a promotion. Absolute garbage. This is why I do not order any fried chicken anymore. ZERO stars. Never again.. YOURE DONE!!!

I always love going there as a ladies with the front are always so sweet very accommodating and the food is always fresh restaurants always clean they have regulars there which shows how nice the staff is I'm very impressed with this location and it's my favorite Popeyes to go to anywhere in Ontario and my son loves it and thinks the ladies are sweet too so that's the best outcome I could ever get for a restaurant from him

Kid-friendliness: They're always so good with my son and if it's towards the end of the night they always give extra chicken to us or whatever they made a lot of to us it's always fresh and the staff there are very sweet.

Absolute worst service ever. Stood at the door for 10 mins when it was empty while an employee was on her phone in the back the whole time. I said hi to another employee while she was making eye contact with me and she didn't even say hi or come to help me lol I’m actually flabbergasted.

Today I went to Popeyes and the service was amazing. The cashier is super friendly and she is very patient with you when you take your order. The Manager and the Assistant manager are so nice even the cook. They give such a good service and food. Very good place!, I recommend this place more compared to other food establishments.

Just finished having Popeyes got a five-piece tender with fries and coleslaw usually I absolutely love Popeyes.but chicken was disgusting It was very chewy. Fries were soggy. Hopefully this is a one-off but not a good experience.

One of the best chicken sandwiches. Well seasoned, a perfectly good piece in each sandwich and the overall portion is very filling. It definitely lives up to the hype.

nice cashier the food could be a bit better and so could the prices im more of a vegetarian but the boneless chicken tenders bonless bites and shrimp and sides are all pretty good could be more fresh tho more of a sitaution of better staff like people making the food all n all tho this location isnt bad has potential fot any people who like popeyes
