Big food here and favorite is steet vendors. This was my second time eating here and reserved my review thinking the first time was a one off. But it seams to be consistently bad food. Sausage is rubbery texture and seams to be cooked from frozen. Bun stale and tasted old. With no one else in line still took 15min to get a sausage on a bun. For a $10 sausage I'd expect much better food and service. Definitely wont eat at this location again. Tip to the young owner. Keep your buns fresh and dont cook your sausage from frozen. Slim down your menu, and get good at a couple items. Your juggling too much.

To start Ordered food at 6:31 got my food at 6:57. When I ordered I asked how long. They told me 10 min. I didn’t really have that much time to wait. Not to mention i noticed 3 others got their food before me. Sat on the bench right in front and didn’t move so it’s not like I left. The food: I had a sausage it was hard. I believe it was over cooked or cooked slow for a long period of time. My wife’s poutine was extremely salty and the fries were not cooked they were hard. I think I am most annoyed how long it took for food that was not good and it was expensive $42 got a poutine for my son as well.

I absolutely adore this food truck, and the owner. He's an incredibly kind and understanding person, and the food is amazing. The portions are super large and generous. I can never fully finish a small poutine by myself and have to reheat it later. Even reheated, it still tastes incredible. I would absolutely recommend this to everybody who likes food!

The fries appear to be common complaint in reviews and unfortunately I have to report the same. Soft, undercooked, and simply do not taste good. I suspect the wrong oil is being used, or has been over used/not changed.
The hot dog however was great so kudos!
My feedback would be to go sample competitors in Barrie to come up with a game plan.
Had the original poutine and 3 strips. The fries were hard and cold, very few cheese curds and the gravy tasted old. The strips tasted store bought- very little chicken.

Price too expensive and my fries was cold and dry the gravy was cold overall the routine look was extremely discouraging and turn off had bring back the whole routine and them to prepare a hotter fresher fries and hot gravy for the fries.

I moved to Innisfil a year ago and kept debating on whether to try queen pouteen . The mushroom caps were good but only half for crispy and the other half were soggy.
The peameal bacon on a bun was as tough as leather as it had been so overcooked. Hate to say it, but even the dog wasn’t crazy about it.
The fries and gravy were great and the chicken fingers were good . Not sure I’ll ever try it again, but I may..
