REF'S Pizza & Ice cream - STROUD

That was the most disgusting ice cream I have tried in my entire life. Kawarta lakes ice cream is awesome but this place has ice cream stand without sliding doors and pizza and other food prep area just 4 feet away. Imagine ice cream with burnt oil taste, vapours from garlic bread and more, everything that ice cream collecting there over the week since it’s sitting there longer while not popular over the winter season. I swear that’s behind imagination ??
Upd: “get out of here looser” is the best response from business owner I’ve ever seen. Such a professional approach. I’ll attach your first reply so everyone can see how you hold situations instead of working towards better solutions.
Please don’t cry about 40 one star reviews out of 120 in 15 years while half of them were given to government services, messing up prescriptions pharmacists, 4,5 hours late pizza delivery and McDonald’s who gives 10 out 10 wrong orders.
Try to focus on your own business without calling customers names if you failed. Everything ppl should now about you - you showed them already without my help. Good luck ??

Food is great , staff are good too , the kids love the atmosphere but it’s often dirty . Bathrooms often have pee all over & dirty sinks , tables often have food on them. Sort of ruins what could be amazing experience because it’s great food and great place .

One of the best pizzas you’d get in Ontario.. the crust is absolutely amazing, light, crispy and flavourful.. the toppings are fresh and some, like cherries, are quite delightful and delicious. Highly recommend the Jalapeño pucks - quite indulgent in their gooey cheesiness.. definitely worth that odd trip all the way from Scarborough. :)

Have ordered REF's a handful of times for delivery and it has been absolutely fantastic. Classic, thicker crust north american style pizza with fresh toppings piled end to end, best served well done. A small is enough to feed yourself for a day.

For whatever reason there are countless chain pizza places in Innisfil so it is nice to support a local business instead. Thanks REF's!

The pickle on the cheeseburger pizza was oddly satisfying and I can't remember ever having better bacon on a pizza, soon smokey and crispy

Really, really REALLY good gluten free pizza!! Staff were awfully nice and seemed very professional, place is spic and span… and the pickle pizza impressed me very much ??

This past weekend we were having a family reunion, I ordered 17 pizzas in total and 4 orders of Garlic Pucks. The owner delivered everything to the hall on time and everything was hot. Everyone attending had great things to say about the pizza and pucks. I can't say enough about Refs Pizza! Amazing food & Amazing service!

Hands down one of the better pizza places out of all pizza places around the Innisfil/Barrie area. Friendly service and great tasting pizza as well as an awesome variety of new pizza flavours! Definitely recommend if you're looking for higher quality pizza.

I would love to give a huge shootout to the owner tonight. Skip the dishes sent us the wrong order and the owner kindly re-made the order and delivered himself. The food is fabulous also. I'll SKIP on the Skipthedishes next time and order directly. THANK YOU AGAIN!! :)
