The Alcona location. First time here. Two colleagues and I went for lunch at noon and we did not get a hello or any order taken for a good 12 minutes while the daytime bartender was on the phone oblivious to us who were sitting in front of the bar. We were the only customers

Arrived with two other gentleman for lunch, we were the only ones in the entire restaurant at 12pm.. our bar tender was to busy talking to her “boo” on the phone, we sat there for 15 minutes, then decided to get up and leave, she decided to interact with us on our way out, we did not return haha, un professional and bar tender doesn’t make the place welcoming

Terrible experience at St. Louis in innisfil. Went for the all you can eat boneless wings. My husband ordered the all you can eat boneless wings at 20.99, certainly not cheap! He ordered his first order and then just one extra order. For that price, and the fact it’s all you can eat you would expect customers to order another serving. He had a few left from the second order and asked the server chantal for a to go box for the extra few. She refused. She said they had been told not to give to go boxes for the all you can eat. I could understand if he had ordered 4 or 5 extra orders. But he ordered one refill! As a vegetarian myself, I even said to Chantal, an animal has given up their life for that, and with zero remorse she’s like yup and then proceeded to through them in the garbage! Disgusting! We will not be back.

Walked in hoping to get some lunch. Bartender said sit anywhere you want. Waited 10 minutes and wasn't even given a menu or offered a beverage so I left. What a shame.

Service, great! Our waitress was very friendly, attentive, and hospitable.
Food was delish. I enjoyed the calamari appetizer and main course burger and fries and hubby had a quesadilla. All was great but fries were left in frier too long. So that's why the 4 stars. But overall I was very happy and I will hopefully be buying a home in innisfil that we can become regular customers 😉 thanks everyone!

Ordered nachos request no onions and to add a extra sour cream. It was so full of onions and and no sour cream.the chicken is so over cooked dry wood .They can never get it correct! Food is awful ?

We had the recent pleasure of visiting this location this weekend and we loved it. The brand St. Louis Bar & Grill is known across the province and we have been to a few but this one is our fav! Our waitress was very kind and provided great service. Our food was also amazing and very well done. We tried the garlic sticks for the first time and they were done perfectly. Our boneless wings and fries were also amazing! We will definitely be coming back again! Thank you! ❤️

Honestly, every single time I either come here for a beer or I order from them or I eat at the location. The food is always delicious.The staff is always friendly. Their service is always good. This spot is being well managed. ❤️?
