Used the app said i got a free birthday drink, but got charged for it

TFW site I believe, I went once and they couldnt operate the microwave to warm a sandwich. I went again and scalded my fingers on the cheese because they took the top off the sandwich when putting it in the bag. Coffee is good but the food is overpriced for badly microwaved egg sandwiches and stale cookies.

drinks are a bit different than other branches idk why they also don’t put in the usual standard amount of fruit inclusions when ordering refreshers sometimes it only has like 2-3 PIECES which is not even one scoop eh but service was ok

Shashi was not very friendly. After I finished with ordering, she said the gift card scanner wasn’t working nor could she type in my card. I had my gift card out the whole time… she made no effort to remedy the situation.

It appears that Google Maps has an incorrect opening time listed for this establishment. I arrived at 8:00 am and waited for 10-15 minutes, but there were no staff members present and the business remained closed. This lack of management and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable. If possible, I would rate this experience with zero stars.

Worst service told me they don’t scan points yet the car before got it scanned, then messed up the 2 out of the 3 drinks I ordered not very sorry wanted to argue I couldn’t even order my son a drink cause she didn’t know what she was doing. I will never go back and I will tell my friends about this experience as well.

They pass cold coffee and it will take them 30 minutes to serve you since they are socializing together unprofessional
Have given this location a chance several times. They constantly have new policies and are considered a “Starbucks” but don’t take part in Starbucks rewards or offers. Disappointing as a loyal Starbucks customer. I’m surprised Starbucks corporate wants to have a location like this exist as it makes me never want to go to any Starbucks again.

I tried ordering less ice and was told I would be charged more and he argued back with me not knowing how to do his job. I asked the lady at the front window if they changed more and she rudely told me no and rolled her eyes when I told her I was told I’d be charged more. My food wasn’t heated as well and I asked for it warmed. Never had a bad experience from Starbucks.

Girl name Jess, super rude!She’s probably the manager but she def needs some people skill training and customer service! Usually see Starbucks as a fun place to be but this was not it.Also super dirty .
