I visited the Starbucks in Innsfield early this morning around 8:00 AM while staying at a nearby cottage. The location was very convenient and open at that hour. The staff was extremely friendly, and the environment was clean and welcoming. Everything was perfect for a quick coffee stop!

It's been a while since I've had starbucks and couldn't remember my drink order. Benji was so kind and patient to help me figure out my order and even make some recommendations. Drinks were very neat with no spillage; the barista in the back also went out of their way to make sure I was okay with my other orders containing dairy products, because I mentioned I could not have dairy. I could not find a survey online for starbucks, I hope Benji and their co-worker get the recognition they deserve for going above and beyond while being so pleasant. Will definitely be returning again soon. :)

The person taking my order and the lady who made me drink were so rude and passive with me. When I was ordering my drink the girls made me feel like I was bothering her cuz I was talking to her and then I went to wait for my drink and asked the barista who was making my drink something she looked at me lifted her head set and said okay with the most attitude like I was a nuisance for speaking to her . I felt extremely uncomfortable after will not be back to this location.
Despite being incredibly busy with drive-thru and running around like chickens with their heads cut off, my service during a walk in visit was a wonderful experience! The person who took my order was courteous and informative and Krista (spelling?) who made my drink was extremely friendly and though our chat was quick it brightened my day, not to mention she makes a mean green tea lemonade!! 5/5 stars!

Expensive prices for food that look terrible and the quality is terrible. The tomato mozerella foccaccia had 2 small peices of tomato, the bread was rock hard and the mozerella was only on half of the bread?

I ordered a bagel and a chai latte and I was waiting for my drink for 15 minutes. I ended up not getting my drink and I had to request a refund since I could not spend 20 minutes waiting for a drink as I had somewhere to be.
The service was absolutely awful. There are so many baristas and they are all so painfully slow and inefficient.
I will never visit this location again and will stick to my regular one.

Not the first time I actually ordered a Venti and got to the window and they prepared a Grande.... so I had to wait to be redone. Other than it was ok. Nothing too special. Customer service is sometimish depending on who you get....
