I just left this Starbucks, Usually my experiences at this Starbucks haven’t been that well, and I don’t often write reviews but someone named Alex served us today and he had such great energy and genuinely made me and my family laugh after a hard day. Great guy! Made our day. Customer service workers don’t often realize how a little kindness goes a long way.

This Starbucks location has some (not all) of the rudest and miserable workers and will avoid eye contact so they don't have to deal with you, some of the older women especially will get extremely pissed off if THEY mess up your drink but were asked nicely to remake it...this negative interaction really ruins the experience

Let's say, looks are deceiving at this place. I only come to this location when I visit friends in Innisfill and the last two times something wasn't working, so I ended up with a different order than what I wanted. This time I just wanted a regular coffee, had to get an Americano instead. Staff are friendly and clearly know every local coming in, which adds a nice touch, BUT even if you are the only person "in line" it'll be minutes till your order is taken, then even more as you wait. This place has 5 baristas, all busy all the time. The location has a drive through, which is a priority, I get it, it is also why it is so hard to get service inside.... and it is annoying, especially when something is broken and you are already changing your order. You can wait for your order for 10 mins easily.

Paul was at the till. This guy was great. Placed my order, (large order), forgot my wallet. Still had enough change in my pocket for coffee. Then I remembered I had a card saved on my phone. Never once got upset with me holding him up. Just smiles and laughter the whole time. 5 ? all day for Paul.

Went through the drive through the day before and was told they were out of cold brew. Went back the next day, ordered the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew and was handed a drink that did not look like what I ordered, sticker was right. When I questioned it, the girl at the window said “its just starting to mix.” I’ve had this drink numerous times, and that is NOT what its supposed to look like. This is their White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew? No. When I tasted it, it tastes like an iced latte.
