The only subway around that won’t give you a little dish for your sauce on the side…wish I had of known that before ordering all our subs…we weren’t eating them right away we had a bit of a drive…don’t want to eat a sauggy gross sub…and this is why I won’t be back to this location…

Went there today to order a footlong and 6inch Veg Patty. This guy named Jimil is so helpful and have so much patience. He made our sub without rushing. He was so friendly i told him to make it the way he want with his choice of toppings and dressings. It tasted pretty good..Thanks Jimil.

Had the misfortune of taking my 6 yr old to the Subway location @ Innisfil Beach for a snack before Supper.
Staff behind the counter both rude and ignorant, unable to convert a sub into a ''combo.'' Actually accused me of trying to ''thief'' an additional cookie! Explained the receipt showed 3 bought & paid for- no more money was forthcoming. Refused to provide a napkin when requested. Likely an absent franchisee who imports cheap labor/ foreign students on visas. This staff had ZERO aptitude in using a POS system OR any basic customer service acumen. Steer clear- lots of restaurant alternatives, some locally owned...

Literally just walked to my car from the shop to write this review. Horrible service. I felt like my polite manner was taken for an inconvenience. In the restaurant industry myself, perhaps train employees to work with a smile and not roll eyes when a guest asks for a little more of an ingredient as we are paying for it, and a pinch of lettuce just doesn't suffice. Also don't put a tip option on if people are going to he so rude.

We ordered 4 subs and 3 of them were messed up. I called and the one guy was very nice and said he could remake them or give us a credit But then some asshole got on the phone told me I was wrong he made them just how I ordered I keep telling him he made them wrong and then he called me a lair and I lost it my son brought two of them back in to show them that they did in fact mess up. Ange still believed he didn’t nothing wrong I’ve never been so upset about how I was talked to. I have left I msg for the owner to call me let’s see if they even get the message

I just wanted to give a shout out to Nick (I believe that was his name) who was working the evening/night of Friday November 15th. Fantastic customer service! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in your products. He gave some awesome recommendations and just presented himself and the brand in the best way. The food was also super fresh and the restaurant was clean. Great job!

The Indian guy with glasses should be fired immediately. He is extremely rude to all customers and lacks any customer service experience. After reading the reviews, I found out that I’m not the first to have an issue with him. I won't be returning as long as he’s still there.
