Iv been going to this location for over a decade, new management has destroyed this place. Employees act like every gram of lettuce or sandwich materials comes directly out of thier paychecks. Iv watched them half fill scoops of meat for subs then deny it (2 scoops for a footling steak and bacon) then they proceed to barely put any veggies on and argue if you want more. Saddest sub iv ever had in my life was today and they have been getting progressively worse over the past few months. Don't waste your money here the subs are half filled and tossed together without any care

Brought my kids and the customer service at this location is elite. The food was prepared perfectly, the dippers were the perfect meal for two littles.

I had been ill all night and just back from hospital at 3:00 p.m. today. Thought I would try a bland turkey sandwiche and clerk would not allow me to add rice to my sandwich. Big language barrier.
To turn down my request
was most unfair.

Dietary restrictions: Was not willing to work with me. According to my dietary requests. The salesclerk just stated that he was unable to put ingredients in that I wanted

They don’t sell diet drinks. Pop machine been broken for years. Also this location the owner is so incredibly cheap nothing gets fixed.

Extremely disappointed with this location. Ordered through the app and paid for double meet and ended up getting a sub with barely enough to to qualify for one… when I called to let them know the gentleman was so rude and dismissive..

Don't believe the hours on the door or Google as both are apparently wrong. I think they just close whenever they feel like it because multiple times I've gone and it's been closed when it said it should be open

Would not let me use the washroom. attacked me as i proceded to go to washroom. It is against the law to deny any patron access to a restroom if you are a public business. Look it up. That employee should be fired . I will be seeking legal actions

They have new people that don't know what they are doing and are incredibly slow. Must under new management that don't know what customer service is or how to treat employees.
