Was ordering a purely veggie sandwich (no veg patties) and constantly had to say you know I am only having veggies as topping right? Make sure to call them out on how they skip on the toppings

The idea is they asking for driver license to by a loto OLG. That’s our privacy and I don’t think so. Everybody looks like 20 years old. Toshow but there’s no common sense for this situation and attitude very bad as if they making their own rules

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Subway location. The service was terrible—staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. They were missing several types of bread and a lot of the usual toppings, which was frustrating. The sandwich I ordered was poorly made, lacking flavor, and the ingredients didn't seem fresh at all. Overall, the worst experience I've had at Subway. Definitely won't be returning to this location anytime.

My recent visit to Subway was a disappointment. Many toppings were out of stock, and the sauces were bland and tasteless. The ingredients were stale, and the sandwich was poorly made. I ordered 7 footlongs and all of them were tasteless.I’d prefer New York Fries any day over this experience.

So I went here between 1-1:30am and employee working at the time whose name is Jatindra said restaurant is closed as I am cleaning right now and I asked if this is a policy? Then he said no issues I'll make the sandwich for you and he did not washed his hands and started taking the sheet out for the sandwich. I requested him to wash the hands.. his attitude was terrible and I am not sure but I don't think that you can deny service to a customer just because you are cleaning. If yes, it is a policy then why are you open 24 hours.

The worst customer service i have ever seen, im usually not one to complain or leave a negative review, both servers walked away while we were trying to order, and screwed up the ordered (surprise surprise) then told me it was my fault.

Horrible stink, just two options of bread and lack of knowledge about making the sandwich. At one point I just wanted to leave in the middle of the server making the food but stuck through, God knows why…The cheese and meat fell out after the sandwich came out of the oven and she just rolled it along the paper with a lot of attitude. Just disappointed…

The lady making my sub insisted that the meatballer and the build your own meatball sub were the same thing and charged me $16 for the regular meatball sub which is listed as $10. After she charger me, i pointed this out she told me “it’s the same” because she didn’t want to do a refund or double check. She also kept reaching into the wrong toppings and i had to correct her several times.

This location call it as 24hours, I commute daily nightly and stops In between 2 to 3 am for coffee and a sandwich, but so far I managed to buy a sandwich once
All other time can’t find the employee at all, if I find a person he tell me they are closed or can’t make sandwiches.
What is the point calling it 24hours! Here I’m sitting again and writing this at this location.

I have stopped at this subway twice. The first time employees were arguing about who would fill up the food containers while I waited to be served. Yesterday 6 employees were taking (including the manager) and ignoring the customers waiting to be served. After telling the manager they had customers waiting while that talk and ignore us and he said I will talk to the team. All of the waiting customers left and went to an alternate restaurant. Very poor work environment and management.if there was a 0 rating I would have chosen it.who ever owns this restaurant needs to either sell it or clean it up.
