I love going to this location the staff is always so friendly to make you feel very comfortable to just be yourself you can go alone sit and eat, or go with somebody. Either or it's a good place to go! My son loves coming here as well and their food is always fresh, this one is always my top favorite!!!

I love being prepared and using the mobile app only to get stuck behind a car that oredered 3 large bags of swiss chalet. Really love eating cold food thanks
I have been eating at Swiss Chalet for at least 40 years. It used to be a fresh taste plump rotisserie chicken. Now it resembles a dried out pigeon! My wife and I ordered 1/4 chicken dark meat. This was at 5:30 pm on a Sunday. Just be clear. We ended up with a partial chicken leg and thigh completely dried out! Or backed potatoes were so over cooked that the skin on the potato had to be cut with a steak knife!! By the way we ordered fries not potatoes 🙃. Never again! $35.00 waisted!

Undeniable the worst experience I have had at a reasturant was here.. After ordering 2 quarter chickens and having one dark meat and which seemed to be h size of a chicken wing the leg was tiny I asked if this is right? And was told "Yeah, if you don't like it you should have ordered more food".. I will never again order any food from this place..

We have ordered from this location numerous times for take out and each and every time there has ALWAYS been something wrong or missing with the order which has become quite frustrating. We call right away every time and they are quick to rectify the situation which is appreciated but we will have to start going to Barrie now because it has become increasingly inconvenient with the amount of mistakes that are made.

I visited this restaurant to try the Feast Special and requested that all of our available Scene points be applied to the purchase (we had approximately $20 in points for a $30 total). However, the cashier only applied $10 of our points. When we clarified that we wanted the full $20 to be used, the cashier called over the manager, who subsequently voided the transaction.
In the end we lost the $10 in Scene points which went to no purchase since that voided it, and no compensation or discount was offered for the loss, despite the error being on the cashier's part.
The worst part was the cashier lied to the manager to cover herself, falsely claiming that we had instructed them to apply only $10 in points.
Not the customer service that should be expected at such a big company… lost our points to nothing.
Edit: oh and the cashier was clearly sick (idk why she’s working in a food environment) so maybe if she wasn’t sick she would be thinking clearly

The staff here is usually very friendly and helpful, and the food is decent, but there are some quirks about this location that make it quite inconvenient.
First off, you cannot order from them online, either through the website or the app, because it always says it closed at 12am that day (assuming it defaults to the start of the day always). If you try to call, you get put through to corporate, who is also unable to put an order in on their end because of the same issue. This means you have to go in person, and depending on your order you could be waiting a while or have to slot in other errands to make good use of your time.
The other quirk is that despite stating that they're open until 10pm, they lock the doors around 9 in order to start mopping. The last time we picked up some food here, we were waiting past 9 and the Harvey's employees started locking the doors and glaring at us and the other customers. We asked the Swiss chalet staff if we needed to leave or anything and they said "no we're open until 10, they just lock the doors so you have to use the drive thru", BUT THE DRIVE THRU IS FOR HARVEYS ONLY. This makes no sense.
My only speculation is that the franchise owner has opted out of online ordering, likely as a way to avoid honouring specific coupons, and the doors lock at 9pm in order to min-max the employee hours so they can clean the restaurant and be out by 10pm at the latest, saving every penny no matter what. Again, this is all just speculation, but from dealing with other restaurants who opt out of promotions and apps, it usually turns out to be a money thing.

Best fast food place there is in innisfil, great quick service and since it’s a smaller town, atmosphere is always great.

The staff at this restaurant are the best. I personally dealt with Mitch, Ryan and Sebastion. We were ordering 32 dinners for a seniors reunion. Through 2 months of phone calls for info, they were always friendly and very helpful. Our dinner went off wonderfully and everyone was pleased with the food.
Thanks to these guys for service above and beyond the norm. ?

Arrived at 910pm google says its open until 10pm but the staff lock the door so you can't get in. They also do this at their other locations. Good luck
