3 stars for the food because it wasn't the best that I know they could do.
HOWEVER! I ordered dinner on new years eve & ordered through Uber eats. When I received my order I was missing all the chalet sauces, buns & the mini doughnuts etc. so I called and spoke to Dylan or Dillion ( he will know) I chewed him out because I was disappointed and had spent an absurd amount of money. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND & offered me a full refund of my meal. Minus the...

I love going to this location the staff is always so friendly to make you feel very comfortable to just be yourself you can go alone sit and eat, or go with somebody. Either or it's a good place to go! My son loves coming here as well and their food is always fresh, this one is always my top favorite!!!

We have ordered from this location numerous times for take out and each and every time there has ALWAYS been something wrong or missing with the order which has become quite frustrating. We call right away every time and they are quick to rectify the situation which is appreciated but we will have to start going to Barrie now because it has become increasingly inconvenient with the amount of mistakes that are made.
