I come here every morning and used to work here the only reason Iām giving 3 stars is the one guy on the night shift who wears glasses couldnāt make a ice cap or ice coffee to save his life.
Came through multiple different times and the ice caps he makes are never blended properly where I can see cream and the mix separate
Tried to swap to ice coffee and he gives me a warm coffee with 3 ice cubes
This guy needs more training

Twice now I go here early morning to gas up and get a coffee before fishing. Unfortunately if you donāt use drive thru. You donāt get served. Was completely ignored by staff that rolls their eyes at you went you want service. Horrible experience! I make my own coffee now!
It was an overall good experience. The bathroom wasn't up to standard.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location on September 1st around 11:30 PM. When I reached the drive-thru, the employee just said āhiā and then didnāt say anything else. I had to initiate my order, and when I asked for the total cost, he simply told me to come to the window without providing any information.
When I got to the window, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, and the service felt very unprofessional. I ordered three coffees, and the employee didnāt give me a tray until I specifically asked for one. The entire experience was frustrating, with a lack of basic customer service and communication. I hope this location improves its service, as this was far below my expectations.
