The girl named Rebbeca A showed very rude behaviour towards us. We ordered a lot of items, but she was disrespectful and talked to us in a very unpleasant way. We were three friends, and all of us felt uncomfortable because of her attitude. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and the management should take action to improve their service.

Hello, first of all amazing place and well mainted tims and amazing staff I visited here late night around 11:56 for some food and a coffee was really sick asked for FIRST AISD and was helped by MILAN the guy is so kind that he help me with headache relief medicine. Really Gem at heart thankyou MILAN AND NISHAN

Kinda insane that you order a couple sandwiches and someone who ordered food 7 minutes after we did got served their order first. Waited a total of 13 minutes for our order. It wasn’t even called out correctly. I asked where my drinks were and everyone looked so confused. Our drinks are melted as they were waiting on the counter for almost the entire time we were waiting for our order as no one informed us that those were our drinks. Beyond disappointed and probably will give my business to another Tim hortons.
Good coffee. Food is good. Drive tru was fast.
