Today was pretty bad. I got my daughter a beacon chicken wrap that was not wrapped properly, soggy, beacon was not cooked and cold the crispy chicken tasted like rubber. Not to mention I waited 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru. What happened today??? Normally they are really good. Sad but going to drive to another Tim Hortons from now on.
I always get a chocolate muffin and get a treat for my dog and they always use the same bag for both of them. I would rather my chocolate not touch dog treats… stop this using one little doughnut bag for multiple items. Also, the bigger point is why do you do this when usually when someone orders multiples it goes to someone else, are we all supposed to pick from the same paper bag? Guys do better please

you have a young man that works at the innisfil location store 102208. his name is adam /he is always smiling . always friendly. always says have a good day. doesn't matter if he is at counter or drive thru. best sevice when he is working. he makes my day. give him a raise he deseves it.

Came here today for quick drop in lunch , after ordering lunch went to sit down but was unable to find a clean table to sit at . I asked my server for a wet cloth or to have someone come and mentioned all the tables were dirty . After some time a server came out , it so happen to be the same person that had been out previously when I came in . I had him wipe my table and mention that all the tables needed washing , he then stated to me they wash them when they have enough staff . I mentioned to him that I saw him out front a few minutes ago why didn’t you wash them them . He just started a me and left . For an eating facility my concerns were cleanliness ( tables and windows on front door dirty ) the floor did not look like they had been washed in a while . The reply I got was concerning and that same person was later on the cash ( did he wash his hands ! I don’t know )

Super fast team and our pumpkin spiced muffin was amazing with a good crunch on top. The iced capps were perfect. The bagel had a normal portion of cream cheese, it wasnt like a brick of cream cheese was used.
Renovations are lovely. Had a work meeting here.y favourite coffee.

Store was clean, staff were friendly and engaged. One of the few tims I've been to were i could actually get donuts because this ones cabinets weren't full of flies so that was a bonus.

Closed at 8 with no signs on the door. From what I can see, the drive-through is still open. Only found out from another customer that it was because they had no manager in . Worst Tim Hortons, I've ever been to. The order is almost always wrong, but this was the worst experience yet.
