This Timmie’s is the go-to for my husband and me. The seating area is clean and welcoming, and we’ve always received friendly service from staff, whether dining in or passing through the drive-thru window. Orders are accurate and well made. It’s an easy choice to come here when we know the customer care will be top-notch, the premises inviting, and the product delicious. I commend the owner for making Timmie’s Stroud what it is.

Visited this Tim Hortons at 8010 Yonge St around 1:10 a.m. and it appeared the team was in the middle of overnight cleaning which is understandable at that hour. However, the front counter area was quite cluttered with items on the floor and work surfaces, giving the space a disorganized and slightly unsafe feel for customers.
I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping the store clean overnight, but better separation between cleaning operations and the customer area would really improve the experience. Tidying the visible front space or temporarily closing sections could make a big difference.
Sharing this as constructive feedback—late-night guests still notice the details. With a bit more attention to presentation during cleaning hours, this location can easily do better.

Tim's in Alcona in the evening is terrible stand there for 5 minutes, and they take some other people at a different teller who just walked in . I spend alot of money here I believe it is going to stop. I would rather brew my own coffee then deal with this franchise.
The drive-in line was way to long so I went in to order. It was fast paced inside but the walk-in line wasn't getting ignored. We got our food and drinks fast. Everything was right in our order.
The staff are friendly and fast, the food and drinks are fresh and of excellent quality. The store was clean and a lovely environment to sit down and enjoy a meal. I definitely recommend this location!
