Tim's in Alcona in the evening is terrible stand there for 5 minutes, and they take some other people at a different teller who just walked in . I spend alot of money here I believe it is going to stop. I would rather brew my own coffee then deal with this franchise.

The drive-in line was way to long so I went in to order. It was fast paced inside but the walk-in line wasn't getting ignored. We got our food and drinks fast. Everything was right in our order.
The staff are friendly and fast, the food and drinks are fresh and of excellent quality. The store was clean and a lovely environment to sit down and enjoy a meal. I definitely recommend this location!

I stopped at Tim Hortons for a drink and even though the drive-thru and storefront were packed, the service was incredibly fast. I wasn’t sure what to order, but a very kind lady helped me pick a drink I’d never tried before — and it turned out to be the best one yet! Great hospitality and amazing customer service.Definitely coming back to this location and will recommend everyone to visit there. This will be my daily go to coffee location..💯 Cheers up!! You guys got a new customer..

This is the tim hortans I always go..but yesterday I ordered some drink and paid, then she told me they don't have that drink.. and it was 4.8$ plus tax .. bcs I paid over 5$ ..... I said its okay give me something else and she gave me another drink which is almost half price and she didn't even offer refund or the difference....and I said maybe if I order another drink she can accept it as the difference and I ordered another medium coffee and she charged me that too... I dont know how come they can work with that way... very disappointing

Staff are genuinely nice and helpful with questions, and always seem to be on point with my order and quickly prepare my food and my drinks are always made perfectly.

Worst Tim hortons went there with my family to bugs rinks young fella takes my order after ringing it through and taking my payment then he comes back tells me iced cap Machine is down I didn’t believe it cuz that’s prettty much excuse Tim hortons gives ones only able to get iced coffee but no iced cap and while ppl waiting in line from this bs I had to get a refund don’t put customers through just creates more hastle and more time waste I’m not sat with this bs service how can you let this happen you don’t know how to maintain your machines if you maintain them proper you won’t have this happen simple.

This Tim Hortons is absolutely incredible! The store is spotless, very well-organized, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. They also offer some amazing donuts that I haven’t seen at other locations, which makes them stand out even more. I’d honestly say this is probably the best Tim Hortons in our city. You can clearly see the pride and effort that goes into this store, and that’s a reflection of Janyne, the manager. Her leadership shows in every detail, and it’s why the store runs so smoothly and looks the way it does. Highly recommend this location!
