Hiring competent people seems to be this locations biggest struggle. Apparently applying glaze to all the glazed items takes a rocket science degree. It's amazing how they try to justify their excessive prices as if they are providing any level of service above ground level . Employees can't even listen to customers requests and get orders correct.

Really disappointed with the service today. I ordered a hot coffee and was given a cold one instead. The line was already long and slow, and by the time I realized, I was running late and couldn’t go back in to fix it. This isn’t the first time — the quality and attention to orders have really dropped lately. Tim Hortons needs to step up their service and consistency.

I was there this morning before heading to work. My tea was wrong and I asked for new hot chocolate muffin heated and they gave me regular chocolate chip muffin and not heated when I asked they put the muffin on the grill instead of putting it in the microwave and they still gave me the wrong muffin. They really need to improve their service.
I’ve been coming to exact Timmis for the past three years and I’ve had it. Can’t understand a word of English, so order was embarrassingly wrong, talked back in a manner as if we were the ones who weren't speaking English, everything was cold, wrong, stale, and waste of money. Extremely disappointing and will be cutting ties with this Tim hortons indefinitely.
