At 5:58am on August 24th, I went through the drive through and I did not get a hello, a thank you - nothing. The young lady handed my coffee to me without even looking at me - she was talking to her coworker and just had her hand hanging out the window with my coffee while talking to someone behind her. No exaggeration, not a word was spoken to me. Not surprised how low the stars are here.

45 mins to order and receive 2 items at this drive through. This is beyond comprehension. Never ever again! Something needs to be done.

Forget about old good efficient Tim’s. Wellcome to the new Tim Hortons. Understanding your order takes 3 people, giving you the correct item takes 2 returns; and this place could use a fly trap as well. By pass it.

Nothing like a cold breakfast sandwich to start off your day!

First of all they have poor staff, they don’t understand English. I have been a regular at Tim hortons but this is honestly the worst one I’ve experienced. They always mess up with my order.
Staff at this store doesn’t pay attention on the instructions customers give and on top of that, this drive-thru takes forever to prepare orders. They took 20 mins of my time while I was headed to office to give me just coffee. On top of that, the staff is rude. I’m never going to this location again. I’ve given it a few tries over last few months. Worst!!!

This seems to be a pattern lately, I stop at a Tim Hortons and something inevitably is really bad. I stopped at this Tim's on Saturday July 5th. Bought a coffee and 20 timbits. The coffee was fine, typical Tim Hortons but the timbits were a real mixed bag. For the most part, they were fine but there were 3 or 4 of them that were definitely not made in the last 24 hours. They were dry and actually crumbled. The pieces that fell aprt were hard. I could be wrong but unless Tim Hortons changed their policy, stores should not be selling really old and stale products.

Based on other reviews, my experience is not an isolated incident.

I didn't interact with staff other than for them to call out my order for pickup. So, I'll give them a neutral rating and assume they didn't know they had included stale products.

Food - Terrible 1/5. finding the really stale products made me feel disgusted with the food.

It's unfortunate that Tim Hortons no longer cares about the food or treatment of customers.

I think social media influencers need to stop telling tourists to visit Tims. It is no longer a good representation of Canadian culture.

A genuine question for Tim Hortons. I see you say how sorry you are for the experience reviewers have had then direct them to more private portal.
I'd like to know, why don't you do something about all the issues you have, not just with this store but most of your stores?

Hiring competent people seems to be this locations biggest struggle. Apparently applying glaze to all the glazed items takes a rocket science degree. It's amazing how they try to justify their excessive prices as if they are providing any level of service above ground level . Employees can't even listen to customers requests and get orders correct.
