Ordered the beef with green pepper and black bean sauce and it was watery, very little black bean sauce in it. Hardly any beef, mostly green pepper and that wasn't even cooked. I don't know if it's new owners or not but this dish used to be
I'm going to talk about their food first. It's amazing. It's tasty and I don't need to add anything like soy sauce to the rice. This is our now go to place 4 Chinese food. The reason why I gave them four stars is because when they are overwhelmed they don't seem to hire more people to help them out. Also the pretty weak on their timing, they'll say it's going to be 40 minutes and when you get there it's not ready and you have to usually...
