Dear 241 Pizza Support Team,
I am writing to share my concerns regarding the conduct and service quality of some delivery drivers associated with your platform. While I appreciate the convenience of your service, certain recurring issues have negatively impacted my experience.
One common problem is that drivers frequently claim they do not have change, which often results in customers inadvertently overpaying. This practice seems to be used to increase tips or avoid providing proper change, which is both inconvenient and unfair to customers.
Additionally, there have been instances where drivers have forgotten items during delivery or left items behind. In such cases, customers are required to wait additional time for the driver to return with the missing items, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
When I have raised complaints about these issues, I have found that the platform's response has been unsatisfactory. Typically, there is little to no effort to provide credits, refunds, or any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I believe that improving driver accountability, ensuring proper handling of orders, and establishing a fair response process for customer complaints are essential steps to enhance the overall service quality and customer trust.

Me and my son tried a 3 topping pizza ( pepperoni, bacon and Italian sausage pizza and it was amazing. The crust was really good and there was alot of toppings on it. The staff is very friendly and they gave excellent service. The prices are very good.

I visited for the first time with my family and was thoroughly impressed. They went out of their way to customize the garlic bread just for us, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional, and the store’s atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Used to love 241 Pizza, haven't been to one in about 15+ years until yesterday. Cobourg, Ontario Location.
Got an extra large meat lovers pizza which was burnt! Non edible! Also got a medium Hawaiian pizza, wasn't great but wasn't bad. The crust seemed like it was a bit stale or something.
Would have taken it back but it would have been too long of a trip.
Will never go back.

our chicken wings and pizza were good, thank you, but we also ordered 12 Sweet Cinnamon Pizza Knots and those were horrible. Hard, tough (I couldn't even bite a piece off) and slightly burned.

I recently visited store and had an exceptional experience. pizza was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside. The sauce had a rich, tangy flavor that complemented the generous toppings. We tried the classic Margherita and a custom pie with pepperoni, mushrooms, and extra cheese – both were absolutely delicious. Overall, store was good offers and great food, excellent service, and a welcoming ambiance. I highly recommend it to anyone craving a fantastic pizza experience!

I had a disappointing experience with 241 Pizza. The call center wasn't seemed to be online in the morning, making it impossible to place an order. Despite multiple attempts, the phone was unreachable. The website also proved problematic, hindering order placement without payment. This was particularly frustrating during a family get-together. While 241 Pizza is a favorite, addressing these issues would greatly improve customer satisfaction.
