The staff are lazy and screw up almost all my orders, and I'm frequent at tims. Also, language barrier. Also the honey mustard was removed.

Staff is friendly but this is the 2nd time I've ordered and they were out of eggs. I ordered 6 donuts but they only had 2 left of my choice. They couldn't fulfill my food order. When they brought the food to my car they apologized for the wait but gave us no napkins.

Always great coffee and service. This has been our new Tim’s for two years now and their coffee never disappoints. It is always fresh and they never mess up our order. Staff is usually friendly and that is very important. Please and thank you goes a long way. As does “That will be $4.60 please” instead of “$4.60”, which they are good at. Please keep reminding the younger staff of this 😊

Awful food,service, and terrible hours. I drove 45 minutes to get a coffee, but when I got there at 8:50 pm, I waited in the drive thru with no response. I drove to the window and was told they had closed. Google said it is open untill 10. Do Not Drive to this location. You will be disappointed and just waste your gas. Even if they are open they do not have Tim Hortons quality.

This Tim Hortons has become very very poor as of late. I’ve gotten the wrong order the last 3 times. I spoke to someone who then again, gave me the wrong order.It took 45 minutes to get my order because everyone working didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. Eventually I just gave up and took the item.I reported it to Tim Hortons who told me it was my responsibility to go and speak to the staff, even though I already had.
