We get coffee here daily in the morning. We must be a glutton for punishment because at least one or more coffees aren’t correct and we keep going back. Why are they always wrong or messed up?!?

Between Winchester , Morrisburg and Kemptville, hands down Iroquois is the most consistent and fastest service . I live in Morrisburg, I will go out of my way every time to go to Iroquois. Awesome team.

I ordered coffee and was given the wrong one. I asked for it to be changed, and they did fix that. However, when I asked if they could change or at least warm up the other 2 coffees I ordered (which were untouched but got cold while we drove back), they refused. The staff were rude about it as well.

I used to work at this same Tim Hortons branch, and we were trained to be accountable and ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the service I experienced today did not reflect that standard.

Headed to the beach August 1st, stopped in for a coffee and grabbed a bucket of Timbits. Kids loved the pail they came in and the service was super friendly. Was a great start to a great day.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. I ordered a steeped tea with one milk and one sugar, but they gave me one with two milk. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of making a fresh one with the correct order, the staff member just added a sugar to the same tea and handed it back to me. That’s not what I asked for, and it’s not acceptable to just adjust an already incorrect drink. It felt dismissive and careless @10:53AM

I’m not getting the food as ordered. The English muffin on the breakfast sandwich is nothing more than slightly warmed bread when it should be toasted. I ask for double toast and I still get the same slightly warm stale tasting muffin. Also why do they not butter the breakfast sandwich, every other location does.

Ordered a Boston cream donut..... Do you not have boxes for special donuts that have chocolate on them and if you thrown them in a bag the chocolate will stick to the bag right!!!!!!! You don't need to be an engineer to figure this one out now do you!!!!!!!!!! Now next question is how much did you spend it doesn't matter how much I spent it's principal....... Please train your employees we payed for a chocolate Boston cream not a Boston cream without chocolate.

Simran at Tim Hortons is amazing...She always has a bright smile on her face while taking orders, and even though I do mobile orders, she makes sure my coffee is ready before I arrive...Her kindness and efficiency make my mornings better
