I've visited the Iroquois, Ontario location at least six times in the past week, hoping to pick up some soup or chili, but they’ve never had any available—regardless of the time of day. When I asked about it, one of the employees even mentioned, "If more people buy it, we would make more."
It’s hard to understand that logic, as it’s difficult for customers to buy what’s never in stock! Especially at this time of year, when people are looking for warm, comforting meals, it’s disappointing to have to drive farther just to find what should be a staple menu item.
This location would benefit from keeping a better supply, especially in the colder months.

I came in and there was nothing left, so we took some sandwiches that were left, the chicken was overcooked and dry, we also found a hair in one of the sandwiches and the lemonade was not good, in short terrible .

Ordered two "meals" got sandwich and coffee. Asked for clarification on what's in a meal, got attitude and blame "I didn't specify combo". Really bad service with a lot of attitude, apart from the older lady working who was great. Other staff could use some work. Won't be back for sure ...oh and orders were wrong. Avoid, go-to morrisburg or Prescott.

It took 20 for our order to be taken, we were forth in line. There was 6 staff but nobody seemed to want to help the cashier so she was slowly taken orders and making everything herself.
They were out of lot of items and unfortunately my sea salt wedges were stale and my drink was made wrong.
The coffee was good and so were my sandwiches and doughnuts.
The staff could benefit from learning teamwork.

If I could provide this Tim Horton's location in Iroquois ZERO STARS, I would. In short terrible service, food quality and atmosphere. I felt I was racially discriminated by two different employees on two separate occasions within a one week span. The first employee when ordering in the store DID NOT acknowledge their mistake (I was given a chicken wrap while what I ordered was VEGGIE) and DID NOT refund the difference in food item pricing which to me may be an utter lie, and the second employee on another occasion had a tone of voice and facial expression of disdain and disgust. Shameful, racism still exists at this Tim Horton's in Iroquois Ontario in the 21st Century.

I am often getting my morning coffee at this location and find my experiences great at all times. Staff are very kind and professional and deserving of kudos. Today, Feb 24th at 1:30pm, I was very pleasantly served at the window by an employee "in training".Please know that her interaction was extremely positive and she was FANTASTIC. It's never easy beginning a new job and if I were to guess by her age, possibly a first job, I'd like her mgmt to see this note. Great job, TH in Iroquois.
