I am often getting my morning coffee at this location and find my experiences great at all times. Staff are very kind and professional and deserving of kudos. Today, Feb 24th at 1:30pm, I was very pleasantly served at the window by an employee "in training".Please know that her interaction was extremely positive and she was FANTASTIC. It's never easy beginning a new job and if I were to guess by her age, possibly a first job, I'd like her mgmt to see this note. Great job, TH in Iroquois.

Sorry to say, but the experience here can be good and bad.Sometimes, everything is great, staff are pleasant, food is properly done.Other times it's not so good. Staff give you the wrong Tim bit order, bagels with cream cheese all in one side, sandwich falling apart or with no sauce. Even gross fruit jelly smudges on the wax paper your food is wrapped in. So it's a mixed bag.

This is our typical breakfast stop on the weekends, and the service this morning was… not there, to say the least. The lady at the cash was rude and short and rushed us only to make us wait. No thank yous, no hi, just a debit machine in the face. Not impressed with today’s service.

Atleast half the time I go to this store my order is botched, it could be something as simple as asking for no sauce on a wrap and I'll have to go back, at which point I'm often made to feel asthough it's my fault something was messed up. Some of the staff are incredibly friendly and super nice but my experience with most of them is that they treat customers as an inconvenience

Quality at this location sucks. The teenage employees cut corners and make excuses.Jen the older employee is miserable and makes so many mistakes.Management hires the most incompetent workers I've ever seen at a Tim's location.

This Timmy's never has anything. They are always out of timbits/donuts. I just went there at 7:30 p.m on a Saturday night and they were out of EVERYTHING to make a sandwich. No soup, no cold cuts, no bacon. Nothing. You're still open for 1 hr and 30 mins. Why is there nothing out to make orders?

Ordered a plain bagel sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and an iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. I pull up to the window, "We're out of plain. Do you want everything or cheese?" I ask for everything. When my order is handed to me, the teenager turned her head, did not look at me, gave me the bag, and actually ran away from the window.When I got home, I discovered my coffee did not have extra cream or sugar. When I moved to my sandwich I discovered an everything croissant sausage, egg, and cheese. The sandwich also had lettuce, tomato, and a nice hair curled up between the lettuce and tomato.
