I believe the new owner has cut way back on portions. I always got the hamburger steak never left hungry. The last two times hamburger steak was not moist it was small burnt and hard to cut. I left still hungry. Giving the benefit of a doubt. I tried club sandwich with a little gravy on the side. After 3/4 of an hour it finally came out on a regular dinner plate with a soup bowl a gravy a little thing of coleslaw a handful of french fries about 10 or 15. Put a soup bowl on your dinner plate add your four sandwiches wedges and see how much room you have for fry's. Before I got a half a plate not half a potato. Then I got chicken not turkey shredded and cut into small pieces every bite the meat would fall out on the plate. I had to scrape it back up and put it in the sandwich. But the bread was soaked with mayonnaise I left it and eat everything with the fork. Even though the restaurant was full when I went to pay the poor girl had to make change out of her own purse. Even though the food was bad it's not the girl's fault I always leave a 20% tip unless the girls are rude. Coffee is also $3 a cup in a small cup no free refills. It's all elderly customers that have nowhere else to go so they won't be giving a bad review. But I will not go back.

Today I had an awesome server Julia and always pleasant and always checked in to see how my meal was unfortunately the other server an older lady is certainly a terrible server, she never smiles always sharp with customers and argued with a customer to what dessert they ordered thank god I didn’t have her again

The food was adequate but the service was horrible, the gentleman serving us didn't listen to our orders so came wrong and then said I didn't order correctly. Then he didn't get the water we asked for, and everyone else in the place got coffee refills while we didn't. Before I left I brought this to his attention and was told that I was wrong and sorry I felt like that. I definitely don't recommend going there, definitely no small town charm.

This is a review specifically for the Thanksgiving dinner I had on Friday October 11/24 with 2 other friends. We all ordered the same Turkey dinner, one friend had had multiple very good turkey dinners over the years in this same establishment. Yesterday we all noticed that the dinner itself was tepid. The amount of turkey was skimpy 1/2-2/3 cup chopped dry ish mixed turkey. The stuffing was cold and very salty and had an unappetizing rusty brown colour and a blended texture. There was no offer of warming anything up or a discount for the disappointing meal. Also there was no pumpkin pie considering the time of year which was disappointing as well. (Compared to turkey dinner’s I have had at other establishments this one was a flop)
I have eaten here quite a few times with several friends and all of us enjoyed the previous meals and had no issues.
