Absolutely Horrible Customer Service when you call the head office!! I cannot understand the language at all!!! Very Frustrating!!!! I’m calling the Canadian number and you would hope that people speak the language to work there so when people call in you could communicate with them normally and not get anxiety while on the phone! This is Ridiculous!! None of my questions got resolved!! Disaster bad business just horrible! Speak the language and hire people that speak it! Would of gave it a zero!

Wheelchair accessibility: The door is heavy, and I'm pretty sure there's a lip on the bottom of the door so u may not be able to wheel in, not 100 on that

I came here on Friday October 18, 2024 and it was done perfectly. It had good cheese pull and toppings. Whoever made the pizza on this day did a really good job. I felt the need to post a good review. Had I known how good the pizza was I would have left a big tip!

Very rude and disrespectful manager. He was not only mean to us but also the employee. Every other location gives chilli flakes on the side in a container. We asked for the same and they gave it to us in napkins! We didn’t want it spilling so we BOUGHT a plastic cup to put it in and the employee went to go do that but the manager (with a moustache) took our cup crushed it and threw it away while yelling at her (the employee) all while we could hear everything outside. He comes out and shoves it in our hands with so much attitude. The employee was only trying to accommodate us.

If i can u gave 0 star for this restaurant They didn’t put gloves for my food and the cashier is indian guy was so Rude and makes me Hurry to order and didn’t gave me time to thinking what should I ordered.i told them are you put gloves?they told me we wash put hands and No!!!!!!!!!!!they didnt put gloves for any ordered and this is unsanitary and not clean.i care about my health.and this js disrespectful and unprofessional and unsanitary.both of them were indian.im gonna report this Piza piza location for sure to bot do it again with any customer this reaction.
