our first & sadly last time ordered a bacon cheeseburger to go. the bun was stale/ hard. a mouth full of raw bacon was not what I was expecting. was going take off the bacon and eat but the hamburg patty was a very dull color. Definitely not edible

I ordered a large poutine a order of dill picked spears ,a order of onion rings and 12in ham sub the poutine the French fries were still partially frozen and the dill pickels tasted freezer burnt the onion rings were hardly cooked and the ice cube lettuce on the ham sub was brown and starting to rot we will not be ordering from here again

The lady operating the front cash/makes the subs is very unwelcoming. She seems to be bothered by customers and is passive aggressive. I don't know if it's because she may have a sarcastic personality or if she just doesn't like working there, but I've rarely ever seen her smile or give a proper greeting, it's usually just a frown and a "Whats your order?"
I've been here a few times because the subs are tasty and it is worth the stop, but the service makes you feel like they're trying to guilt trip you for going in to get food.

stopped in for quick bite while passing through town. I thought it was a pizza place, but its a diner. The pizza was ok but pricey for what it is. Also it wasn't very warm. The service was nice and pleasant.

The server was extremely grumpy and unwelcoming. We felt like our presence annoyed her. She also did not wear a hair net while making our subs. She told us we could sit down while she makes our subs. She forgot to put pickles on. We also found a sharp piece of a bread tag in one of our subs. Will never eat there again.

Overly expensive food. Had the Johnny burger. Burgers were super dry and flavourless. For more than 11$ after tax I’d expect more or something special. Didn’t even come with cheese or bacon. Not sure why they’d name that burger after the place. No AC inside so dining in when it’s hot out is pretty miserable. Also saw the lady wearing gloves but then proceeded to answer the landline and also touch her hair and then immediately after make my burger and touch all the toppings with no glove change. Would not recommend and I should have looked at the reviews first.

Imagin finding a place to go get food, somewhere you never been before. To have the worker making your food to touch all the surfaces, their face and then touching your food without changing the gloves. Food still tasted dry though.

I ordered approx $75.00 worth of food, and after waiting 20 minutes for my food, I was told I could not have it because they had just turned off the grill. The server was handling cash and then food without washing her hands. At one point, she dropped the wrapping paper on the floor, picked it up, and then proceeded to continue to make a sub without washing her hands. Another customer came in while she was making the sub, and she left the prep counter to serve another customer before finishing the sub. I could go on, but suffice to say, I will NEVER return. .
