New to the area thought we would try it out, upon entering immediately felt we were unwelcome. The old woman at the front counter seemed very unhappy, like she didn't want to be there. I understand everybody has bad days, but as she handed me my food I thanked her and was totally ignored. I really hope she is not like this all the time and people have more pleasant experiences with her. Sending love and light seems like she needs it.

Had ordered a gyro that wasn’t too bad about a week before, so decided to buy lunch for my workers. 8 burgers with poutines. The burgers were soggy and bland and the lady that put the order together forgot a poutine. I drove fifteen minutes back to pick it up and she basically threw me the poutine. No apology, seemed upset that I had come back for it. She has a terrible attitude and way with people. NEVER would I return to this place!!

Came in the other day for my first time ordered chicken wings and a pizza pie, the pizza was delicious with the best tasting sausage on a pie I’ve had in a long time. The wings were tasty perfectly cooked. I’ll definitely be back again when I’m driving through to my cottage!!

Omg, r u kidding me. The food at little Johnny’s in Jarvis is great! I live in Niagara Falls, an I go all the way there once a week to every other week, especially for there pizza. Have never eaten any bad. I ask for what an how I like it done. An it’s always good. I will continue to go there . Everyone should try at least once, u will c how good. And the people who work there, r friendly., but im sure if your nasty to anyone about your food, I no I wouldn’t give u a smile

The lighting in this photo is not doing justice to how grey/brown this bacon is. It smelled absolutely awful. I brought the sub back in and politely let them know I think the bacon may have went bad, could I please have a new sub just Turkey. I was told the bacon could not be bad because they have been serving it all day and people haven’t complained. The woman working was very rude and unapologetic. Terrible service, and beware of food quality. Very sad as I love to support a local small business. We used to love this place - we haven’t been in a few years.. what a disappointment.

I had a disappointing experience. When I asked the cashier if I could use the bathroom to wash my hands before ordering—after working outside all day—she responded rudely. Although the bathroom had an “Out of Service” sign, her exact words were, “If I let you, then I have to let everyone else,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful.
However, the reason for my 1-star review is what I witnessed next: after taking another customer’s payment, she turned around and picked up a slice of pizza with her bare hands and handed it directly to them—no gloves, no napkin, nothing. That’s when I decided to leave.
5 Stars isn't enough for this place! There food is great! My fav is their chicken fingers, but can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
Their owner and staff are amazing and always welcoming!

some guy, (phillip scherle) who says he's the owner of this business sent me a friend request on FB. I've never met this person. so, I asked him how he knew me & his response was, 'Facebook suggested ya. I own little johnny's. just being friendly.' when I asked if he added everyone FB suggested he said, 'I'll pass' & blocked me. dude, you tried to add a strange woman on FB & she called you on but ya, you go ahead & pass. 😂
