Honestly, I've been here a few times, and I gotta admit it's a nice place to stop along the road between my two major residences, and I greatly enjoy the comically large Tim Hortons cup. However, while I am not necessarily against the use of AI, I do take issue when it is used lazily. In the drive through, various pictures depicting the Grinch have been posted this time of year, which I admit was rather jolly and whatnot, however, anyone with a keen set of eyes can clearly tell the Grinch depicted in the middle poster, specifically the rather squat one with a tail sticking out of the right leg, was generated with AI. While I take no issue with the food, service, or the vast majority of the decorations, I do not enjoy that you allowed that poster, which was lazily made, to be posted. While I am not suggesting it be taken down for my sake, as I am quite apathetic to a lot of this stuff, I do suggest taking it down and/or replacing it with a human-drawn Grinch, for the sake of people who are far less lenient with AI Art, who will potentially complain and slow down service for you. Asked for two sausage breakfast sandwiches and received no egg on both despite me paying for it. I would’ve been fine with no egg if they told me but they didn’t and I practically paid for nothing.

Food and service were fine, but this place has a mens washroom and then a “family” washroom. I guess women don’t need their own washroom at this location?? And also the men’s washroom was out of order when I was there. I had to wait over ten mins in a line up just to use the facilities.

This is the first time I experienced something like this in Jarvis store! Ordered a large online, but they gave me a medium. When I mentioned that I ordered a large, the person took out the whipped cream topping in a spoon, dumped the same beverage from my medium cup to a large cup and added the topping in the spoon from the top! Didn’t add any extra for large size! Paid 5.6$ for a medium (price of large) and no respect for the customer at all!

We go out of our way to come to this location. It is a very well run restaurant. We never wait long for our order. The staff are always very friendly. In fact, that is the main reason why we come to this location. Keep up the great work! See you soon!

this was the cleanest and best decorated Tims I’ve been in in years! The store was all decked out for Halloween it was so cool. The staff was also really friendly and welcoming !!
