Honestly this Tim Hortons is just amazing! The staff here are amazing, so kind and polite! The drive thru was so fast for it being as busy as it was and my coffee tasted amazing. Don’t skip out on this Tim’s, it’s a place to stop!

Ordered and paid for twenty timbits on a mobile order, told them i ordered twenty timbits, only received 14 and was told i only ordered 14 - my receipt says otherwise.

Went through drive thru on Saturday and it was extremely slow! There were 2 cars ahead of me.
Ordered a large French vanilla half hot chocolate and a large dark roast black. After waiting about 8 mins in drive through and another 5 mins at the window before someone opened it, i used my points for the French vanilla. Waited 2 more mins and the girl came back and I was told that the hot chocolate machine wasn’t working and asked if I’d be ok with just the French vanilla. I said sure. The girl stood there waiting and then said the French vanilla machine wasn’t working. Never once was I offered my points back and she just stood there glaring at me. I asked for a steeped tea instead but didn’t give me my points back. After I drove off, I tried the tea and they used cream instead Of milk and no sugar.
I sent a msg in the app regarding my concerns, was told the owner would reach out but haven’t heard anything. Very disappointed

Best Tim Hortons I've been to ever! Runs smoothly, and has clean bathrooms and dining area. Afternoon manager Kay does an awesome job making sure you receive you're order promptly and correctly. Other staff is friendly and polite, nothing negative to say here! :)

My experience at the Jarvis Tim Hortons is always an amazing one! The staff is friendly, even the customers are super kind. This really is the kindest community. The restaurant is clean, well organized, the employees work as a team and always support each other. They give 100% to their customers and do everything in their power to make sure it’s a good experience. If a mistake is made, they work fast and promptly to correct it. Their drive thru is never too much of a wait. The people on window are always kind. From the time I order to the time I leave I have an excellent experience.
