Probably the least professional restaurant I’ve dealt with to date, especially after the apparent new ownership a month ago. A couple months ago (under the previous ownership) I ordered delivery and my garlic bread was forgotten, whatever, it happens. I called the store at the time, they were apologetic and said my account would be credited with 2 orders of garlic bread to be honoured upon my next order. Fast forward a couple months later. I’m told they have no record of this and moreless implying I’m being untruthful, and that they won’t be honouring it. So not only do I deal with these guys displaying not even a shred of professionalism, but I’m out 2 orders of garlic bread. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Losing a customer over something so small. Not the best way to deal with your loyal customers in a small town. I hope it was worth it!
