Stopped here for the first time yesterday morning. My knowledge of wine is there is red, white, and pink... so I feel intimidated walking into wineries. Not Flat Rock! The crew at the door as we walked in were very cool and very down-to-earth making the experience relaxing, enjoyable and somewhat educational without feeling judged! Here's where it gets even better. Flat Rock Cellars is a hidden gem in Ontario, offering a unique winery experience with stunning views of the vineyards and Toronto Skyline. The tasting menu, priced reasonably at $20 for 4 wines, includes a variety of options. The gravity style wine-making process is showcased during tours. The location is especially beautiful, with views of Lake Ontario and, on clear days, the Toronto skyline, creating a very relaxing experience. The entire place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The wine is delicious and excellent. The twisted series was pretty good. It is a beautiful place to visit and look over the scenery. Highly recommend this spot for a great place to sit and try some wines.
