Flatrock Cellars is a beautiful winery with absolutely stunning views of the vineyards. The setting is peaceful and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The wines were excellent, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The view alone makes it worth a visit.

We purchased passes for Niagara’s Bench Lands, and this winery was among our planned stops. The venue’s layout impressed us with its beauty and thoughtful design. The level of service provided stood out as exceptional.During our visit, we opted for a wine pairing experience; however, the accompanying food was served cold. I provided this feedback to our server, but unfortunately, her response was unsatisfactory. Prior to our departure, Josh, whom I understand to be the event manager, approached our table to ensure our experience was positive. I relayed my concerns to him, and he thanked me for sharing my feedback, assuring me that he would address the issue.To help rectify the situation, Josh graciously brought us a bottle of wine. Although I expressed that this gesture was unnecessary, as my intention was simply to provide feedback, he replied that taking action demonstrated genuine care for guests. It is refreshing to encounter such a high standard of customer service.Thank you, Josh. We look forward to returning in the future.

Had a awesome afternoon at Flat Rock Cellars with guided tour on wine making and the vineyard along with tasting of their wines. Had lots of queries answered by the the host. Loved the wines and highly recommend to buy their wines they are absolute gem!!

I had an amazing experience here. I did the wine tasting. The wine was fantastic and a good variety was on offer. The best part was the staff. Our sommelier was Leah and not only was she incredibly knowledge about the wine, but also the land and the area of Niagra. Leah was exceptionally friendly and also very passionate about the wine. If you want to do a wine tasting I recommend this place 100%. The place also has an exceptional view with an interior set up that is lovely. You can also watch the staff at work making the wine if you're there at the correct time.

Stopped here for the first time yesterday morning. My knowledge of wine is there is red, white, and pink... so I feel intimidated walking into wineries. Not Flat Rock! The crew at the door as we walked in were very cool and very down-to-earth making the experience relaxing, enjoyable and somewhat educational without feeling judged! Here's where it gets even better. My wife sorts out what flight she wants and when it came my turn I said I didn't really know, I'm more of a beer drinker! "We have beer"! We have choices from Shawn & Ed Brewing Co. in Dundas (LagerShed Original is very good). This was the icing on the cake, now they had 2 very happy visitors.
Thank you for a great experience, the location is quite stunning. My wife, Les really enjoys your wines and the beer rolled you to the top of the visit list when we're back in the area.

Tried this Riesling with the wife tonight and there's nothing Riesling about it. tastes more like a Sav Blanc. Can honestly say we didn't enjoy it
