Lovely dining room and friendly service but we had disappointing food where it felt the kitchen team was really off.

Charcuterie and cheese plate was fine (neither being notable in quality) but the crostini served with it was clearly stale and rock hard.

A strawberry and spinach salad was fine but unremarkable, a bit stingy on the strawberries for the amount of spinach.

On the mains, we had a burger that was very dry and accompanying (generous) fries overly salted.

For the trout, the fish was also overly salted but the cooking on it was good. The garnishes were also all over the place - trout and vegetables came out hot but the celeriac purée and tomato jus were cold, perhaps the intention but felt strange. Accompanying latkes also tasted as if they were made a day ago (which is fine) but not reheated properly, stale and again too salty.

Seeing as many other diners had a great time I hope this was a one off.

We had lunch and dinner here and both were great. The staff were friendly and attentive and made good recommendations. Will come back.

We will never stop talking about our wedding day! It was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service we received throughout the entire experience. Our ceremony took place at the stunning Cave Spring Vineyard (Escarpment Site), and our reception followed at the beautiful Inn on the Twenty in the Windows Room.

While the breathtaking venues initially sold us, it was the care and attention we received during the planning process that left the most lasting impression. Grace Foster and Grace McQuarrie were incredibly helpful from the start, guiding us through the site visit, contract details, and all the early planning stages.

Our main point of contact and day-of coordinator, Becky Lane, was outstanding. She was professional, organized, and always quick to respond to our many questions. On the big day, everything ran flawlessly. Becky and her team went above and beyond to set up our ceremony and reception spaces, transforming our vision into reality with so much care and attention to detail.

One moment that stood out: after the ceremony, my husband wasn’t feeling well and developed a headache. Becky showed genuine compassion, bringing him Gatorade and peppermint oil to help — a small gesture that meant so much and showed just how dedicated she was to making sure we were both taken care of.

And the food! Our guests are still raving about their meals days later. Every part of the experience, from planning to the final bite of dinner, exceeded our expectations.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. We’re so grateful and highly recommend both locations and the wonderful staff who made it all possible!

A family member had a small wedding here yesterday in the Valley room and we were so impressed. Everything from the staff to the food and service was so well taken care of. There were no issues at all because they were so accommodating with everything from setting up, menu adjustments, to going above and beyond with specific requirements. They helped make a memorable day by making it all so easy for us all. All staff we interacted with were so pleasant and personable. Would highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! If you want excellent food and excellent wine, this is the place! Locally owned and run, the menu changes seasonally- I had the pickeral and chips— chef's kiss! The ambiance is high end without being snooty and the service was awesome as well! Have been several times now and will go back soon!

Where do I even begin? From the very first meeting with Grace, the Wedding Sales Manager, we knew we were in good hands. She was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly easy to work with—someone who truly pays attention to the little details that matter when planning a wedding.

When we first stepped into the Windows Room at Inn on the Twenty, we instantly fell in love. The space is absolutely stunning—warm, elegant, and set in such a beautiful location that we knew right then and there it was the one.

But the real MVP of our experience was Ioana, the Special Events Manager. I honestly can’t praise her enough. The amount of effort, care, and time she dedicated to us went above and beyond anything we expected. She is an absolute powerhouse—organized, detail-oriented, patient, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, kept everything on track behind the scenes, and somehow managed to do it all with calm professionalism and a warm smile. Our wedding would not have been the same without her. She made us feel so supported from start to finish—we’re beyond grateful.

As for the food—WOW. Everyone raved about it. No one left hungry, no one had a single complaint. Everything was served fresh, hot, and full of flavor. It’s rare to go to a wedding where every course feels like it came from a top restaurant, but that’s exactly what we got.

The rest of the staff were just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and on point all evening. They executed everything with precision and grace, making the night feel seamless. The bartenders deserve a special shoutout too—they put up with our lively group and still managed to deliver top-tier drinks with a smile.

To everyone at Inn on the Twenty: thank you for giving us a day we will never forget. And to Ioana especially—you are a wedding wizard and we are forever grateful for all that you did.

Food was delicious...two from our party had the Filet Mignon (cooked to perfection), one had the Artic Char and another had the Double Pork Chop. We all started with the Caesar salad. All our meals were excellent! Paul, our server was professional and we never felt rushed. Very personable as well. I can honestly say my husband and I have been dining at The Inn on the Twenty for many years and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is great, and the space is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is usually friendly and accommodating, which I’ve appreciated on past visits. However, during my last visit with a large group, a few additional guests joined us unexpectedly. It was clear the staff wasn’t too happy about the change, and one waitress in particular seemed visibly upset. While we were still served, it was obvious we were no longer welcome. This shift in attitude unfortunately soured the overall experience.

Sadly the food was disappointing for the first time ever. The lobster and shrimp Burger was a huge disappointment the pickerel and chips were good. The menu was a bit lack lustre especially for Fathers Day brunch time. The service and atmosphere are a delight as always.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Inn On the Twenty. The meal was phenomenal, and our waitress was exceptional. My mother has dietary needs due to progression of ALS and the staff made every effort to accommodate and assist with what she required. We could not recommend this place enough, nor can we express our gratitude towards the staff enough.
