Food was great so was the service! She was quick, polite and sufficient. It wasn't too busy when we stopped,only 4 ppl ahead of us. Defenatly will stop again.

My cousin and I had the Philly steak and OMG IT WAS AMAZING!!! we will definitely be hitting up this spot every time we go to Quebec now.
An extra big chip truck, without the wheels! This neat roadside experience has a surprisingly extensive menu, but we opted for their poutine based on other reviews. It was great: crisp fries, lots of curds, and hot tasty gravy. They also offer about a dozen or so specialty poutines, in addition to the usual burgers and sandwiches. No indoor seating but a handful of picnic tables.

VERY disheartened that your porta-potty was not open to customers this morning. This year & last we made Gala's our MUST-STOP both coming & going to the cottage. We told all our guests to stop for your delicious food. We've enjoyed lunch, fries, icecream or all, 3 every trip.Today, I planned our stop at 11am for a washroom stop & early lunch. I even asked politely to use the washroom. NEVER will I stop, or recommend our guests to stop. When you take away porta-potty access, I know you no longer value your customers. Message received. I will NOT be your customer, again.

Gala’s is a MUST stop for your trip. Consistently great food, quick service and the price is right. It’s always busy when we stop but you don’t wait very long for the food. Picnic tables (some with umbrellas, some without) and a covered gazebo with seating for six. They’re open from Easter weekend through to hunting season and/or when the snow starts to fly. I’d highly recommend the poutine, hamburger and pulled pork. The fries are the best around.
Parking: Enough parking for about 15 cars and a spot or two for trailers.
It's worth stopping at this "chip wagon" ... lots of menu options, quick service, very tasty food, not greasy, and good-sized portions! Several picnic table with large umbrellas. We will definitely be stopping here again...a new favourite!
