Visited here today and got a large pizza which was burnt she don’t know how to cook learn to cook before coming to work please not worth it never stopping again

Very disappointed with this service. I placed an order for pick-up xl pep pizza. I arrived pumped up gas first. I go to pizza pizza and no ones working. The guy supposed to be working pizza was on his phone with the gas tender. This is very disappointing. Should just shut this location down.

I fell sorry for anyone that stops here. Stopped for a slice. They were burnt before they even went back in to be warmed up. Makes sense why there was nobody there at lunch time. Guy working the counter seemed annoyed I was bugging him for food! Unless you are litterally starving to death, avoid this mistake!!

I placed a large online order for a family function five and a half hours before the pickup time. When I showed up to pick up my order, the staff informed me that they don't have gluten free pizza at this location, nor did they have several of the toppings on other pizzas we ordered so he didn't make those either.

We have two people who are celiac so cannot eat gluten who can now only eat salad for dinner, and not enough pizza to feed everyone else!

The store didn't even try to contact me to let me know in advance even though we put the order in way ahead of time. This is completely unacceptable.

Well I tried again. Not sure why I did but I did.

Last time I went they said they didn’t have the ingredients to make a pizza. So I left disappointed . Today I went at 4:30 and was all excited only for the employee to turn down my business. “Would take to long to make a pizza”. Well don’t worry about it cause I’ll never be back!

So tonight I placed an order in the Pizza Pizza app for pick up in Kaladar. By the time I got the kids ready and went to pick up my order it had been almost 30 and they had never even started our order. That was fine I said I would just wait in the car for the 15mins they said it would be. I asked about the 30 mins or it is free that it tells me in the app and on my receipt they told me they can’t do it I had to call pizza pizza. I called and was told it was going to be free they had the information in the store. The store then stalled and made everything really slow till after 7 then ignored me and told me I couldn’t have the pizzas they made, even tho I offered to pay for it. The manager and the store owner were extremely rude and awful. Worst customer service I have ever had. Pizza Pizza corporate is now launching an investigation on tonight. Anyone who has had a problem with them should call in and complain to corporate as this is not how you treat people in our community. We need to band together and boycott Kaladar Pizza Pizza and whoever owns it as he does not care about people or company policies.

The staff were very friendly the pizza was not so friendly to my stomach the sauce was disgusting the cheese was also disgusting and the pizza tastes like it has sat out for quite a while I bought three vegetarian slices and only ate one I threw the rest in the garbage I was not very impressed at all currently my stomach is in a bunch of knots won't eat at this pizza pizza again I spent a little over $16 on 3 slices that were to my standards not edible

Avsolutely Awful

My 5 year old spent an entire 3 hour drive excited about pizza, only to be devistaed.

I had pre-ordered a pizza before we left on our drive - trying to be a good mom and all that jazz - it was accepted and confirmed. Except the Pizza Pizza was closed. And it had been all day.

I now have to fight and prove that I did not get my pizza with Pizza Pizza to get my money back.

Dont bother place an order here.

Placed an order at 5:02 pm for pick up. Pizza didn't enter oven tell 530 pm.

Another customer was upset over wrong toppings on pizza.
Shame as I pass through here regularly. Won't be returning.

Server was quite disrespectful, and clearly had a very limited english speaking ability. She was bluntly stating “we don’t have that” and literally just walking away without saying anything making us wait 5 minutes to finish our order, refused to make us a pepperoni slice just pointing and saying “ this is all we have” to the old stale slices on the rack. When delivering our food she just tapped on it without even saying anything. I’m sure it isn’t her fault for not speaking English, but there’s a certain expectation for ANY job that involves direct communication with customers that you know how to speak the language, as is true anywhere in the world. The place also lacked drinking water, a lot of food options, and the bathroom had the likeness of a Chernobyl reactor room. The guy at the convenience store was nice though.

If I could give it zero stars then I would! I placed my order, was 5 minutes away when customer service called to say that they ran out of cheese! How does a pizza restaurant run out of a staple. I just don’t understand how this is possible. I was left with 4 very hungry teenagers… not happy.
