Went in around 8pm today, gentleman who served us was absolutely amazing. Very kind, swift, and knowledgeable service!! Haven’t had a good meal from a fast food restaurant in a while, thanks!!!

Disappointing experience at this Subway. Everything I wanted was out of stock, and the food I ordered was poorly prepared. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst Subway experiences I've had.

I recently stopped in this place as I was hungry for a sub when I got in the gentleman asked what I'd like I told him an Italian BMT he asked me I wanted a BMT I said no an Italian BMT you said to me that it sounded the same so you wanted to make sure I said well one set of Italian the other one doesn't say Italian anyways he put my stuff together literally just flopping pieces on I lost most of my ingredients when I went to open it up and it was quite disappointed I will never stop there again

It's a rest stop on Hwy 7. It's being overhauled. Hopefully, they do something more for the Restrooms.
Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: I think they have diff choices available. They have GF bread, not sure about the cheese. I didn't have to choose, so I'm not sure.
Parking: It's on Hwy7 and Granville turnoff. It's a decent rest stop. The bathrooms may not be clean always. This time, the Subway bathrooms were closed ..
Kid-friendliness: It's ok.

This place is an absolute joke. We frequently go between peterborough and ottawa and the number of times we have pulled in here to get gas, use the washroom and grab a snack and they haven't had gas and the washrooms are "out of order" is unbelievable. I'm not sure how they think they can run a gas station/ subway like this, but it's an absolute joke. When the staff are asked if there is another washroom, they say no. My husband asked them what they do for their shifts and he was told they hold it. Absolutely unbelievable, stop in Madoc and avoid this location competently!
