Very rude people who are making food, every time we ask for something, they gave me a bad attitude. Avoid this restaurant!

Absolutely filthy restaurant. The toppings were not fresh. And thee service not friendly. My husband was in line behind a woman and I asked to use the washroom. The server quickly snapped that the restroom was for customers only! I pointed at my husband in line and reassured her that we would be buying lunch. She gave me the key to a restroom you needed a tetanus shot after visiting . They must clean it once every 6 months, whether it needs it or not. Save yourself the stop and drive on to the next spot for food. Terrible service, awful food and a disgusting restaurant.

Completely filthy. Flies flying around the store, dirty floors, dirty washrooms. This is the trashiest Subway I've ever been in.

This subway is attached to a potential 5/5 hot dog stand staging area. That being said the footlong is no longer $5 and a footlong hot dog would be less than $5. We must replace this subway with a franchised Rutts Hutt. We will serve ripper dogs to the masses as they travel to destinations such as Lake Mazinaw, Bon echo park, Norwood, Eganville, and Pembroke. Make the hot dogs great again.

Easily the worst experience I have had at a Subway in almost 30 years. We ordered 3 foot long subs, two of which were to be toasted and the third was a tuna. As they started to cut the bread, I was told they were out of tuna. I swapped the tuna for another sub, and told them all three subs would be toasted. As they were putting the meat on the subs, they told us the toaster was ā€œnot readyā€ (they just received a new one and were trying to figure out how to set it up). We hesitated as we only ordered these subs toasted, but since they already started putting the ingredients on, we continued. They hesitantly offered to microwave them, but acknowledge it would likely make the bread soggy. They microwaved the bacon for one of the subs, but when they were putting it on the sub, we noticed it didn’t look warmed up at all. Then, as we were putting the rest of the ingredients on, we saw they were skimping on the lettuce as it was the bottom of the tray and he clearly did not feel like going to the back to grab another tray, even though there was a third sub of ours to still do. This was after we clearly expressed that we were not happy with all of the issues with the subs we wanted to order. We asked for more lettuce on the sub, so he went to the back to get the new tray of it. Then we asked for pickles and realized they didn’t have any of those either. Finally we were paying for the subs and the guy asked if we wanted a bag, we said no, that we would be eating in. As we were paying on the debit machine, the guy walks away to start making a sub for another customer. They didn’t pass us our subs, we had to reach across the counter to get them which felt awkward, and although we didn’t care for the receipt, they were t even there to ask if we wanted it. To make matters worse, the bread was very stale, and halfway through eating, we saw they finally got the toaster running.

We’ve been Subway customers for a long time and this isn’t the first time we’ve run into little issues, but the lack of awareness for customer service from the employees really makes a bad situation stand out. We understand there may be issues with supply chains, or being short staffed, but we felt there was no real apology or acknowledgement from the employees. They should have let us know ahead of time what ingredients they were out of and that the toaster was not operational.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway ever. Workers are incredibly incompetent and untrained, moving in slow motion making constant mistakes. After waiting 25 mins for my sub I go to use a SUBWAY GIFT CARD and they inform me that they don’t take subway gift cards????? Like bruh

Disappointing experience at this Subway. Everything I wanted was out of stock, and the food I ordered was poorly prepared. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst Subway experiences I've had.
