I visited Burrito Guyz Kapuskasing after seeing a promotion on their own Kapuskasing Instagram page and the official app: Buy 1 Get 1 Free on medium 12″ burritos, valid until August 28.
When I asked about the offer, the staff told me it was not available despite the fact that it was clearly advertised on their local Instagram page. To make things worse, the person serving me was rude and dismissive when I brought this up.
This is completely unacceptable. If you advertise an offer on your official social media and app, you need to honor it or at least communicate clearly that your location is not participating. Otherwise, it feels like false advertising, which is both unprofessional and misleading to customers.
The food itself was okay, but the experience was extremely disappointing because I expected honesty and good customer service. I hope Burrito Guyz management sees this and ensures that promotions and staff attitude are consistent across all locations. Customers deserve better than this.

Today I visited Burrito Guys in Kapuskasing and went for the spicy chicken — it was a real game-changer! From the very first bite, I was struck by the perfect balance of spices and the tenderness of the chicken. The hot sauce was just right — enough to give it a kick without being overwhelming. What I truly appreciated was the freshness of the ingredients and the ability to customize my burrito just the way I like it. The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. If you enjoy slightly spicy food, I highly recommend trying this burrito — it’s absolutely delicious!

I was passing through and I was getting a little hungry, so I decided to stop at the burrito guys in kapuskasing. When I first walked in, there's only one person working And was clearly not paying attention.
Once he noticed me standing there, he seemed to be in a hurry to get back onto his phone to watch videos I'm assuming, because he was in a hurry to take my order When there was absolutely nobody behind me. When it came down to making the burrito, everything was done quickly. I don't even know if there was the right amount of items put on, when I asked if that was salsa in the corner, he just took some and put some on without even acknowledging.If it was that or not, when it came down to the sauce, he didn't even ask me if I wanted any sauce on my burrito. He just took hot sauce and threw it on without asking if I wanted hot sauce or not. Unfortunately, I had to grab and go. So the idea of knowing if it was edible or not, at that time was impossible to know until much later. I'm not very impressed with this location. Better training is needed for the staff working here or if not. And this is how the staff are supposed to act, then close the restaurant.

Went to order food all went well was waiting for a smoothie until the worker decided that starting other people's orders was more important then finishing the one he started. So I was stuck waiting 15 minutes holding my food waiting for my drink because the worker wanted to serve his friends first. I give the service a no star. Didn't even mix the smoothe properly.

I went at supper. They didn't have half the options available. Everything I wanted they seemed to have none. The selection was very limited. And they just heated everything up in the microwave for me . And it was really expensive.

Food is not that good...sneezing 4-5 times never washed his hands... maybe in India they're ok with it but not in Canada... disgusting. Rude people ?. My wife got her stuff i went to the pizza instead. Never again. As you can see in other reviews RUDE people working there... good luck keeping business open if you think that's how we like to be treated here in Canada...
