Best food ever and great service
We did not have a good experience! Me and my partner ordered the steak dinner. Mine came out ok, other than my baked potato was hard as a rock, I couldn’t even stick my fork through it and I showed it to my server and she said yah I am not sure how they cook the potatoes to be hard like that. And my partner’s steak dinner came out and the waitress told him they ran out of potatoes and that they would have one ready for him in 15 minutes.I honestly couldn’t believe they thought...read full review
We were there on the weekend as my son had a hockey tournament, my husband was served rotten lobster while we there and another players parent was ill for 2 days after. When I spoke to the manager about them serving spoiled food he told me he wouldn't adjust the bill because the franchise doesn't allow this, I know this isn't true so I called him out and he told me I was right but there was a bunch of paper work etc involved.
