Nice new location by the highway... the place it's self is clean and modern...Same slow service... managed to burn and flatten the bun on my poor chicken sandwich... pop was flat... lots of off ends of fries included, about 20% of fries...Typical small town KFC in a town that accepts it like that because it's always been pretty rough.... the new location hasn't fixed the inherent problems with the whole franchise....Parking: There is space for 3 cars as long as they don't need to get past each other... I'd you have a pickup you're gonna be parking on the street behind...

5 stars for the food because, well it’s kfc right? Who wouldn’t rate it 5 stars!? .. I have rated this particular kfc’s service a poor 2 star rating due to the wait of my order through the drive-thru. They said they just started cooking a new batch of chicken. The guy taking orders said it would take around 20 minutes and suggested I go park in the parking lot to wait for my order. I ended up waiting for 50+ minutes! Very disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this kfc if you are travelling and trying to find a good eat without the long ridiculous waif.. terrible shame
Ordered a personal popcorn chicken meal with small gravy ..16.40 cents....yup. ridiculous especially when if I had used the app (prices are the same as what I seen on the board while in the store) I would of paid under 13.00... wonder why that is??? Worker didn't seem to understand my question all of a sudden. Won't be going

I ordered a 10 pc family combo mealSo 10piece chicken bucket1 order of popcorn chickenGravyLarge frySpicy chicken burgerWell the burger was hard as a rock not fresh at allThe chicken bucket was disgusting I found a bug in my food and the chicken made me sick for 2 daysThe fries where not fresh they where very staleAnd when I tried calling to complain someone answered but did not give me the chance to talk they hung up on me when I said I got sick on the chickenThe gravy and popcorn chicken was good and service is really good but all in all the food was terrible and made me sick for almost spending 80$ on food there was not impressed this happened on September the 21st 2023

Fantastic customer service! I forgot to pick up my order so they were forced to throw it out. I went in the next day to apologize and they made me my order and didn't charge me anything extra. I was very impressed! Thank you! And the food is very good, it's KFC you know what you're getting, i like the consistency!

DO NOT GET FOUNTAIN POP! Black stuff comes out of the machine. Not washed properly so mold come with the pop. Thankfully the cook was very accommodating and replaced it with bottled for me. Thanks Levine!

Excellent little restaurant!I have heard people complain about KFCs but this one gave us great food and wonderful service. Even the bathrooms were spic and span.They had a $5 box special with chicken fingers, popcorn chicken and fries. I added a fountain drink and was completely satisfied.When I was done my meal I asked the young man if I could get a refill? He concurred and told me most restaurants would give a refill if asked. He was just a very pleasant, young man.I am rarely in this part of our province but I will try again someday!
