Mary Brown's Chicken

The team is excellent. The chicken, cooked from fresh, is by far the best in town. Kap certainly has nothing woth quite the same standard and quality of ingredients for a takeout/fastfood restaurant. Manish and Bhuvesh were cheerful in their service, and the other team members were reasonable.

Stopped here at 3PM and walked into a clean establishment, very clean washroom facilities. Super friendly staff and was greeted with a smile. Food was hot and tasty and ready fast. I am not from around here but drive through at least once a year. I was super excited to see Kap has a Mary Browns now! Def will be stopping again.

I recently visited this restaurant and while the food and service were decent, the indoor temperature was uncomfortably warm. It felt stuffy and made it hard to enjoy the meal. It didn’t seem like the air conditioning was working properly or turned on. For a dine-in experience, a comfortable environment is just as important as the food. I hope management can look into this and improve the ventilation or cooling system for future guests. To be honest I will never visit again because of heat and it’s not good for health as well.

Great food, but slow service

Tried it for the first time ever. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed, I found it very expensive! But what isn't these days. Also, there's incredibly limited seating, my wife and had to eat in the car, there might be like 4 tables in total. As far as the food goes, I thought the potato wedges were overcooked or they had been under the heat lamp too long, either way I didn't care for them. The wings were just okay, my 2 piece chicken was okay, nice to see white meat included in a 2 piece, that doesn't happen at other places without an upcharge. My wife loved her hot honey chicken sandwich and poutine, I tried them, the sandwich wasn't too bad, i thought the poutine was just okay. I know it can be tricky for a restaurant to find their groove when first opening so I don't hold it against them and I'll try it again, this is just my opinion on my experience. And I wish them nothing but success.

Me and my husband stopped in after shopping, super friendly service and questions were answered promptly . Food tasted great! Pretty impressed day 1 it was super busy and everyone was keeping up.

Opening day! Ordered 2 poutines, popcorn chicken with 2 dipping sauces and a medium macaroni salad. They forgot both sauces and gave a small macaroni salad instead. But it was busy, first day so it’s not the end of the world. Staff are super friendly, and the food is amazing! Best of luck to this new business in town
