Only place open late and idk if it’s because I’m not fluent in French but they’ve never once gotten my order right, I’m here for work and the restaurant options are limited to begin with. Constantly getting medium fries when I pay for large and the instructions being missed on the burger/sandwhich

Very disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald’s. I placed an online order for a meal that included a McVeggie Poutine and a drink. When I reached the store around 11:15 PM (the store closes at 12 AM), the employee told me they don’t have poutine.
If they don’t have the item, why was my order accepted on the app? I paid extra for poutine, but the employee said they could give me fries instead, which is not what I ordered. Then he told me to cancel the order myself and pay again, even though the app was showing cancellation issues. Eventually, the order got cancelled, but the whole process was frustrating and unprofessional.
On top of that, during pickup I asked for ketchup and they didn’t give it. I had to go through the drive-thru again just to get ketchup.
The employee attitude clearly felt like they just wanted to close early. If the store closes at 12 AM, then everything should be available until that time. Shutting things down early and treating customers like this is unacceptable.
Very poor experience. I won’t be visiting this location again unless service improves.

It's okay. It's McDonald's. You know what you're going to get. At least there's consistency. I get that everything has gone up price wise, I'm not trying to be unreasonable, but it's absolutely crazy that I can go to a restaurant and get a burger fries and an 18oz draft beer for cheaper than a McDonald's meal! I got the quarter pounder meal and a fillet-o-fish (just the sandwich) and i used a 30% off app offer for the fish and it was almost $19. the wait times are absolutely absurd! Definitely no longer fast food! It's cheaper and quicker to go to an actual restaurant!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to went there last night to grab food quick after being on the road 9 hours and woke up this morning with food poisoning avoid this location all together unless you want to wake up sick too

Google says their open till midnight, as were pulling in at 11:30 the worker locks the door after watching us park, and there was no indication that the dine in was closed and only drive through was open, while there was other people still in the restaurant

I love McDonald’s so much the order of McDonald’s that I get is cheeseburger plain happy meal and the drink is white milk and the they do good service and just to let you know that I live at campus gazing

Asked the staff to not burn the bun on my egg mcmuffin. They didn't toast it at all. I was eating at this location daily, till now.
Almost every time i go to this mcdonalds my modifications are never correct. ask for no mayo, i get mayo. Ask for added bacon, no bacon. Sometimes they add or remove things i never asked to remove. I love going to McDonald’s occasionally but its getting ridiculous. Management needs to enforce accuracy ASAP

They made me wait in parking lot until food ready after 15 min I went inside and told them, I waited another 5 min then again nothing went back to counter and told them I had an apt in 20 min my order was on the counter the whole time. I get to my car to eat ZERO grain of salt on fries, I mean not one spec of salt it was awful. Not the first time this happened. Look at your reviews, pretty bad
