The worst experience I've had at Tim. Horton, 35 minutes in the drive through and 10 minutes getting the wrong coffee all 5 could Not understand what I order and it was just a lage coffee with one milk I will NEVER NEVER GO BACK TO A TIM HORTON ... AGAIN IM SO DONE WITH THEM CANT TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER LIKE THIS

The team does not know how to fill a latte cup. 9 out of ten times I get less than 3/4 of a cup. Today I barely got 1/2 of a cup. Tried calling to advise no answer. My thumb is how full my cup was with liquid. Take a little extra time and quit filling the cup up with foam! When I pay for a large latte I expect to receive a large latte.

The team are nice and polite. The only downside is the waiting in queue at times.
Today have been served by a Trainee and Jeanine was kind to jump and help with the order and helping the other’s too with the orders.
Happy to visit again.

Rude, everyday mess up orders. Ice capp machine is always down for cleaning but when you pull up no one is cleaning it. Just don't wanna do their jobs. Worst tim hortons I've ever been too

Honestly would give no stars if I could. Waited almost 20 minutes still no chance to order. One guy running the cash and making coffees while 4 people stand at the drive thru window doing nothing. Would recommend just getting an energy drink or coffee at mcdonalds or the local gas station as thos place will waste your time. The staff are lucky they work in a small town like kapuskasing cause they would be out of a job if they tried this in Toronto.

I stopped in to grab food on my way out of town. The line was really long and moving steadily, but slower than other places I've been to. I was already having a super stressful day and was in a bad mood. There was a trainee at the cash. He was clearly doing his best. As I was waiting for my turn, I observed the team behind the counter. They were helping each other, smiling, and it looked like they really enjoyed their work (and not the type of banter I've seen in other places- where ppl are more interested in chatting than working- they were all working well, and doing their jobs...but in a friendly, team-oriented, family-like environment) Especially impressive was Albert. He was helping the new trainee- never appearing frustrated or short. He was so helpful and supportive. It was lovely to witness. He was also running around doing his own work and helping others on the team. They were all working really hard but he was like a little bee floating around, working his magic all around him. There was such a pleasant, joyful, positive environment behind the counter that I couldn't help but smile. I was suddenly feeling less rushed, less frustrated and it made a difference all day. Thank you for bringing a little joy in ppl's lives, and for reminding us to stop and appreciate the little things in life. Dr Slaney, locum physician.

Food isnt half bad, but majority of the time my order is wrong, today was the 5th time i received regular cream cheese instead of herb and garlic. If i get a breakfast item without cheese half the time there is cheese. Not to mention the wait times for everything, youll be waiting for sausage or bacon or even eggs because they only prepare once theres one or none left. The overall quality has degraded and its disappointing
