Food isnt half bad, but majority of the time my order is wrong, today was the 5th time i received regular cream cheese instead of herb and garlic. If i get a breakfast item without cheese half the time there is cheese. Not to mention the wait times for everything, youll be waiting for sausage or bacon or even eggs because they only prepare once theres one or none left. The overall quality has degraded and its disappointing

Service really needs to be worked on. Orders are hardly ever taken properly and the wait time for simple orders are atrocious. Tim's management needs to better their staff. Some staff are amazing at their jobs but others get everyone trying to order frustrated. Can't even get an order corrected because it would take 30 minutes to even get through a small line again. Don't appreciate being charged for 2 20 packs of tidbits than get a 20 pack missing tidbits to top ot off.

This is the most Disgusting Tim’s and I am FED up with it, my grandma was manager for YEARS and never seen it this bad and even she is tired of it. Couple weeks ago I got a RAW timbit and now this morning I ask for a HOT coffee and when I took my first sip it was MORE THEN COLD and tasted like coffee that’s been left in the pot for 2 weeks and the "whipped cream" was almost chunky.

Cant consistantly make coffee properly (especially the iced coffees) and uncooked bacon in my wrap, go to mc Donald's ? for coffee

I haven’t seen a Tim Horton dirty like this one. Washroom, walls, floor dinning and kitchen are extremely dirty. That place needs to be shot down for few days and be scrub and clean. Until this I won’t come back.

Food an coffee are good. Staff are polite. Though it's ridiculous waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to ORDER a coffee while I'm already at the register. If your just looking to get a coffee in a timely manner your best bet is to head to the McDonald's down the street.

WORST TIM EVER!!! Don’t even brother to come here please! The server are extremely rude and crazy slow. They have no idea what they are doing and the person who makes food are arrogant crazy B! She has hash browns and won’t give it to us or any of us in the waiting area. There were almost 20 people waiting in a small restaurant not because of there is a lot of people but because you need to wait 30 minutes for food at this Tim’s. DONT COME HERE!

Friendly, staff willing to modify Just Cheese pizza. Both beyond to allow me to have it changed to my liking.

Vegetarian options: It would be nice to have a veggie cravable some day.

I have been going to Tim Hortons for years
The french vanilla machine has been broken for weeks now!!
The last time I went in the drive through and asked about an update on the machine the employee told me the first manager was gone on vacation and the second manager did not care!!!
Very disappointed!!!!!

Arguably the worst fast food service I've ever received.
Gentleman at the counter made countless errors on our order, had to be corrected each step of the way.
They then did not have the rice for the bowl I had ordered, when I asked if I could have the wrap instead they said "no, we don't have any rice." I the clarified to ask if the wrap had rice and was told "no." But was still not allowed to get the wrap?
Another employee then suggested an alternate wrap that was similar to what I had ordered, I agreed to this and checked with the initial employee about the price difference given that the wrap was $.279 cheaper than the bowl and was told "no, combo is same price."
After paying, I went back to the counter to clarify because that seemed outrageous and I tried to get his attention 3 separate times politely while he proceeded to ignore me and assist other customers that were behind me in line.
After nearly 10 minutes, I dealt with another employee because he refused to assist me. I received my refund from this other gentleman who was helpful, but man this first guy was an airhead beyond belief. Won't be coming back to this location on my numerous drives through here anymore.
