Topper's Pizza, Kapuskasing

Pizza was good, seemed to have pretty fresh ingredients, and is a decent price! Bonus it's tastes pretty good cold too.

Parking: It's not difficult to find parking although the parking is a bit odd being attached to a gas station it can be a bit of chaos and sometimes vehicles just park wherever.

I went at supper for a slice and it was cold. They didn't heat anything up. The pizza is so so. It's not bad, but I have had much better. The counter worker was very friendly and did a good job.

I tried a slice one day and it was loaded with toppings. So I tried a large pizza with same toppings as the loaded slice. Large let down. Didn't live up to the name or the loaded slice. Was it a trick?

I ordered pizza yesterday. The dough wasn’t even cooked enough. There wasn’t even enough cheese on the pizza. The cheese was literally falling off of my pizza. Do better Toppers.

I ordered through the app. The app said the order was ready, i got there around 10 min after it said the order was ready. When I got there, one of the pizzas was ready and the topper sticks were in the oven. The second pizza wasn’t even started yet. Around 4 pizzas came out before my second pizza was ready. It was supposed to be pepperoni and bacon but there was maybe one slice of bacon on the entire pizza. My order was finally ready 35 minutes after the app said it was ready(50 minutes total). Also it said it was ready 5 minutes after the estimated time to be ready. The first pizza that was now cold was actually still good so there’s that. Toppers used to be good and consistent. Not so much anymore.

I was waiting in line, another lady cut infront of me and she still took her order then walked away from the counter. She didn't even ask if I wanted anything or even acknowledge me standing there so I left and went to subway to spend my money. Dislike rude service

Usually always good results here but the last few orders have been messed up when I arrive to pick them up. at least 3 of the last 5 orders. I'm always offered to wait for the correction but that's why I order ahead....because I have somewhere else to be and cannot wait 20m extra to fix the order. someone needs to pay more attention to order details please. I like the pizza here but the recent frequency of this is aggravating.
