On The Locks Poutinerie and Barcade welcomes diners with a mouth-watering breakfast/lunch menu, including the popular Club Sandwich. Owned by a new family, the improved food and service impressed customers. The Big Sow and Avocado Toast were delicious, served with great coffee and friendly staff. Affordable and recommended for a return visit.
