We arrived at DJ's after a 4 day canoe trip on a rainy, cool day. The hot food was homemade, delicious, and the portions large (I had the roast beef dinner, and it was awesome). Our waitress forgot a few things on our order, but she was such a nice person that it didn't affect our experience.The restaurant is in a legion hall, so if you are looking for a nice restaurant atmosphere, this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for great food at great prices with a lovely staff, then you've found your place!

Yup. The burgers are totally worth it. Great menu. Just the right size. A local divey bar with great food and staff. They also have great GLUTEN FREE BREAD OPTIONS!! If you are looking for a good burger or sandwich, this is the place!
This is a great choice for breakfast. We enjoy the little extras, like adding a bit of cucumber, tomato and cheese on the side plate of rye toast. The atmosphere is always clean and airy, with friendly attentive staff. Lunches are nice too.

This place is awesome. Diver bar but it's way more than that. It's a neighborhood pub. Outstanding burgers! I just had a steak sandwich and it rocked ! Fries are great also. Fresh food, cold beer lots of selection s of beers. Menu is outstanding! Service is great also. Lots of TVs for sports. Very personable staff. Highly recommend! Beers and a huge juicy burger!

First time for the all day breakfast at DJ’s. Very clean & tidy restaurant. Amazing breakfast options at very reasonable prices. The additional fresh veggie/fruit presentation was the perfect touch to the massive quality & volume of freshly cooked food. Our server was a young lady by the name of ‘Chantel’ ; she was very welcoming, polite & helpful. I would highly recommend this hidden gem in Kearney for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Large free parking lot for off-road 4x4’s & snowmobiles. Located inside the local Legion. Open Wednesday to Saturday. Check it out.
