If I could give 0 stars I would. Asked for 2 Donairs but when we picked up the were Donair subs, and there was also very very little meat or items on the subs themselves and bread was beyond soggy and had an awful foul smell! Business refused to remake the sandwich into a proper donair or even give us a discount. Lost my business and will let everyone I know about this.

I live in Ottawa, staying 10 minutes outside of Kempville. I wascraving for a pie, so I got online and started looking and I found this place.. Ordered the Canadian bacon pepperoni mushroom pizza, it was thick with toppings sauce was amazing not overpowering with oregano. I don’t normally eat thick crust, but it was cooked rightajd The cheese was browned. I just went through some of the comments and I have to say that this is a pretty good pie. I took the pizza for takeout, the guy at the front counter was nice and courteous. I’ll be back Rick

Very happy to find this place. Arrived in Kemptville, by water, and discovered that most eateries are closed on Mondays. Capilano Pizzeria was perfect for us. Great menu, super service and delicious pizza and Donairs. I highly recommend a visit.

1st time customer ordering a large donair platter with a side of gravy @ $21 for pick up !! The donair itself was not warm, meat was very dry/not fresh, lettuce was brown, little tomatoe, no pickles, sparse on the garlic sauce & the fajita shell was also dry & tasted like cardboard. The fries were not fresh cut, but frozen, mushy & cold. The only reason I decided to order from this establishment was because of the ratings. This platter was shared by 2 & both felt sick afterwards. Very disappointing/dissatisfying @ $21 & will never recommend this establishment to anyone, nor be a repeat customer.

Horrible customer service the one of the two male employees that worked there were very rude and was constantly yelling at customers the pizza was very basic and seemed as if it came from a DIY kit WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
