Erick was a gem to communicate with, came to our home for a face to face meeting to go over all the of the meal options. VERY flexible for any changes made to the menu leaving us up to the last week before the event to finalize. Now - lets talk about the food - it was absolutely delicious, unique to his French origins and raved about by our guests during and after the wedding. The desserts?? Just WOW - I personally have never tasted a cheesecake that melted in my mouth like that and the chocolate crepes with maple cream was equally impressive. The staff were all very kind and courteous! Thank you Erick for everything! Definitely recommend his services.

Underrated and easily overlooked due to Erick Le Pors humility. His French inspired and locally sourced foods are absolutely to die for. I had the pleasure of having a backyard wedding with seated dinner for 115 people hosted on my property by Erick and his team. He coordinated all rentals and supplies he would need on site and made a beautiful meal for us and our guests. Serving and bar staff were professional and approachable.We were able to work with him to design a menu that incorporated our personal preferences and a family mustard recipe. All at a fraction of the cost that several other vendors quoted us.Definitely recommend if you are hosting an event!
