Staff was very friendly. I had the brisket, found it a little bland but my partner had the salmon and it was delicious. The atmosphere was nice, not too noisy but we were early.

Took our son here for his graduation dinner. Service was excellent. Ruby did a fantastic job. Food came out promptly. Everything was well made and delicious. Fries were a little overcooked and oily but the flavour was still really good. Overall we're happy this place is so close to us and will come back for sure!

We have been trying the smokehouse since it opened and I can say they are improving! We had our best meal yet. We shared a combo plate 3 1/4 portion mains and 2 sides. The pulled pork was pretty good and held its own without being slathered in sauce. The sausages were pretty good as well but the texture was more of a smoked sausage (I prefer a grilled sausage). The brisket was on the dry side and had more of a roast taste than a smoked with a good bark and bit of fat. The fries were proper. The new coleslaw we loved. The gravy was a proper brown sauce.
Keep up the good work guys!! We will be back more often.

We were driving through town and I wanted something that wasn’t McDonald’s and Hyde’s popped up as an option. I am SO glad it did! The homemade maple butter and bacon jam was delectable, burger buns were soft and fluffy, and the fry seasoning was something special. our server was kind and everything was fast. 10/10 would drive to kemptville to eat here again!
