This location managed to take a failing fast food chain with below average food and turn it into total dogshit. It's the only fried chicken game in town and if that's what you really want, you're better off not getting it at all. Even being the only fried chicken place in Kemptville it still manages to come in third. Last time I'll be there, or in a KFC at all. MB's or Popeye's are both far superior.

Very bad costume service. We arrived at 9pm this 27 of dec 2024. The Lady at the front was not at all open, did try to mke an effort to understand us while we told us that we are french speaker. We wanted tight chicken and she gave us another part. I told her that it is not what we want, she reply dryly that she can not do anything. It was like we are disturbing her

If I could give no stars I would... Put an order in online at 2:19 for the earliest avalibe pick up… email said 2:34 ready for pick up... At 2:57 ask where my order was... They blamed the online system and said it was ready for 330... Then gave me a bunch of attitude for being upset they could not cancel or refund my money for 5 days… last time I ever went here... Tried to cancel online would not let me as past the pickup time.… ridiculous
Edit:: after waiting I got chicken that looks It was already eaten see photo… I as well paid an extra $4 for White meat only no wings... The girl said the order did not say that and told me it would be 30 min for a new chicken. even though the big door they opened to get it was full of chicken... Biggest liers and rip Off ever like… just look at The poor chicken
