Went to this location & tried to speak with the manager about our previous order missing items. Was only talked over & had the window slammed in our faces twice when “we” wouldn’t apologize to the manager.What a sad excuse for a manager or food establishment.The reviews this manager has should speak for themselves.Corporate doesn’t care. Boy has KFC gone down hill.Never going back

We went through the drive through at this location & were treated extremely rude by the “manager”We had the window slammed in our faces twice & sat there for 30 mins.This manager has huge customer service issues & should not be in this position.I hope the owners are aware of the service & hate she spews at the window towards buying customers.Will never come back.

Didn't end up with our food. Have yet to spoken too by anyone the way the "manager" spoke to us when we asked a question. Doesn't matter how it gets spun, the customer service was non-existent.

We waited in the takeout for over 6 minutes. Someone drive up after us and they took that person's order. When asked why they didn't take the order in order of us arriving because we had waited significantly longer we were denied service being told that the store manager was the only person working. We asked to know who was the franchise owner and were refused the I formation. We were then told to put a complaint in online.

I have been going to kFC my entire life I am 55 Kempville location heck not another location will receive a single dollar from me Dave Taggart look up my last name in the construction industry in Ontario, my order was a popcorn chicken bucket which was 1/2 full , no apologies she said it is what it is . So Refund my order, with thousands of employees guess what’s next ?

The chicken piece are very small and the meat is a off grey colour. Sides such as coleslaw and macaroni salad taste old. Fries, popcorn chicken and tenders are good. Although i have gotten a tender that was double the size of nomal ones which was raw in the middle.

Showed up not long before they closed and I had a big order. Pretty sure there were only two people working, I got my food in NO time and it tasted great. Price was fine.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour from the supervisor. Today, Dec 4th, 2:30ish pm, I walked in to this location with my wife and 2 kids. It’s the first time at KFC in a very long time and since my son loves chicken tender from everywhere, I wanted to see how he would likes KFC’s tenders. After placing my order with an employee, the supervisor, out of nowhere says, I can’t take your order. Confused, I respond with, What do you mean? As she stands their with a condescending annoyed looks, she repeats my question in a low tone followed by a loud & slow reply, I CAN’T TAKE YOUR ORDERRRRR! As if, I was unable to comprehend the first time. Taken back in utter amazement by the level of disrespect and lack of proper customer service being display, I stood there in shock, feeling insulted. She then followed up by our system is down, could be 2 min could be 4hrs, so we’re not taking orders.A simple, I apologize for the inconvenience, we’re have issues with our systems and are not able to enter orders or collect payment at this time, would have been perfectly acceptable and properly explained the situation. Unfortunately, her ineptitude in proper communication has deterred me from ever going back to KFC.
